Recommendation - Take a picture of the manager specials and verify it at checkout. I caught an overcharge of $6 on the receipt when I got home. I emailed the next day and requested a credit. The response was that the item was not on sale - even though an orange shelf card had specifically noted the sale--disappointing client care.

Samantha is my spirit animal. I could literally cry. Christmas shopping for my 3 kids stockings while they were with me was so hard. I picked out a few little things from the vitamin area while my kids were busy smelling the soaps and wondered how in the world I would be able to hide the items from my little detectives. I scanned the area for someone to help and Samantha was my beacon of light in the darkness. "I'm trying to hide some stuff from my kids, I need a little bag!" She locked eyes with me "a bag? I got you!" she replied and off she went in a flash. When she returned my kids had found me and without missing a beat she announced loudly so my kids could hear "here are those broccoli bags you needed, you know, for the broccoli!" Genius. She understood the assignment. As if her performance in the vitamin section wasn't enough, she followed up by finding us in the check out line and telling my kids a story to distract them from the items that were being rung up. I just can't even. Being a mom of multiple littles this time of year is so stressful. People are super judgy and impatient. Samantha reminds me of customer service 20 years ago, when people took pride in work ethic. This woman is destined for greatness. Thank you Sam, I love you and I hope we meet again some day. Merry Christmas.

Very friendly staff. Readily available and helpful. Fruits and Vegetables were nice and fresh. Meat and Seafood Departments looked great. Prices were a little high on some items but quality of food looked great.

There is also a huge selection of very fresh produce and many organics. Very friendly staff too!We ordered a sandwich, and it turned out amazing but unfortunately we dropped half of it on the floor by accident. They kindly offered to make us a new one.All in all, they have wonderful customer service and great produce (as well as military discounts!).

Usually, I have good experiences here, but not tonight. I worked a long day and was looking forward to get dinner and some groceries for the week here at my favorite grocery store; and I get people want to leave for the day after a shift. However, I had bad customer service tonight and it made me feel so uncomfortable, and unwelcome for asking a question about how much longer a product was going to be on sale - that I literally left all of my items on the counter and left. I get it, I'm in customer service too. But you don't give people bad attitude when they're trying to also get something done and get out of the store. I was looking forward to eating one of the items I had gathered before feeling so bad that I just wanted to leave. I didn't deserve to be treated that rudely. Like I said I work in the service industry too and I hope I've never made anyone feel that way. I'm assuming whoever helped me is a manager on top of it to make things worse. Just over all made me feel bad for asking a question about a specific product. I get people have bad days, but you're in customer service, and you're a manager. The reason I'm assuming this person is a manager is because in the middle of trying to get my things to get out the cashier who was helping me didn't know the answer to my question, so she went and got who I'm assuming is the manager and that's who came and ruined my experience at the end of it all. Not to mention there was five minutes until closing which I was well aware of on my way to check out as she made it a point to tell me "5 more minutes". I was looking forward to my food, I had about $100 worth of food to buy. May not seem like a lot, but for a single person it adds up. Anyways, her attitude towards me was a big NOPE. It was already embarrassing because I had to run out to my car to grab right card to pay with and she just completely killed my experience and night. Usually I have a good experience here. I like this store because it's local and I am a local and like to support however I can, but I've lived here for 10 years now and by far this is the worst experience ive ever had while shopping here. I Hope whatever she has going on was worth being rude to me over.

In an exploratory adventure, I found myself in Oceanside where the markets are new to me. Intentionally, I sought the established local market which brought me to Frazier Farms. The shelves were all neatly abundantly stocked. After deciding to purchase a picnic to take to the beach, I found the prepared foods - what a fuckin score! I was immediately drawn to the Smoked Turkey thighs They smoked the turkey thighs, deboned them and made a delicious meat candy out of it. As I surveyed the shelves, the Herb Roasted Turkey with mustard glaze caught my taste senses so I grabbed that too. I imagined a fresh orzo pasta salad to go with these but couldn't find any. But I kept looking and behind some other salad sides, was the kale orzo pasta ... My beach picnic menu was complete. This gem provided a fresh & tasty to-go meal and an establishment I look forward to be a regular patron of.

I don't know why I waited so long to start coming to Frazier Farms. I don't know if it's this particular location in oceanside, but I think I just found my own simple slice of heaven at the juice/ coffee bar... They make tremendous drinks (juice, smoothies, shots, espresso drinks). But I think what has really been wonderful is just the lovely customer service and interaction from the staff including-Peter, Julisa, Letti and Alistair- Not sure if I spelled the names right. I am like how do I budget this into my daily schedule? -Nothing like places that feel like home! Anyway thank you and just wanted to call this out.Below is a turmeric shot, but I recommend the espresso and fresh juices too!
