FedEx sucks in every way any time I have super time sensitive stuff being sent to me it’s late or they want a signature from me when I’m not there. I will always ask the the person shipping my items to never use fedex again. This never fails my package was supposed to be here today and was promised by the distributor now they are closed and no one has offered me any solution except wait. I should have just driven to AZ to pick up the package at least I would have had it by now.

I would imagine this location experiences a lot of turn over, im sure coporate is lame. Drivers must be overworked and under paid to give so little care to actually delivering. But in fairness people are hard to deal with. Sad that FedEx has become the DMV of parcel services. Good Luck if you need to deal with FedEx Ground or Home Delivery.

Needed package yesterday and they didn't know where it was and then expected it early today like before and again the driver passed by twice and I even tried to flag down and he drove by twice. This is unacceptable. UPS and USPS still deliver on expected delivery times and this is the 3rd time in two weeks fed ex has done this. I will no longer use them for anything. They cannot use the current health crisis as an excuse when the other carriers have absolutely no issues arriving early or on time.Update. They fixed everything and apologized. They get 5 stars for that.

The people at this location stole my package. It was “lost in transit” when it arrived here. It was suppose to be an overnight shipped item. It’s been over 3 weeks.

I have reading a lot where drivers lie about delivering packages. I'm one of these customers, the truck pulled up in front of my house, waited two or three and drove off. When called FedEx they stared talking about a hangtag. Since the driver never tried to deliver the package, no hangtag. I couldn't get the phone number to the FedEx hub. If I could give this company zero or negative stars I would.

The WORST Place EVER ! I went to pick up 2 boxes that they "try" to deliver 3 times When I was At Work So I told them that I would be picking up At Their Warehouse So I went to This Place and It took me about 35 minutes to somebody assist me just to tell me that she was in her lunch So I have to wait another 15 minutes and they come to give me half of my order ! it was 2 boxes and they giving me just one so they went back to try to find the other one so after another 20 minutes of waiting I got Tired And left with NOTHING !! I Just Went There to WASTE My Time For Nothing

Delivery delayed over 48 hrs while my package sits in their warehouse less than half a mile from my house. No explanation available, and, go figure, they won't allow me to pick it up. Just awful, zero stars.

Mike G. and Sean P. really went out of their way to make arrangements for me to receive my package after our original delivery guy marked that our package was undeliverable due to no one being there during time of delivery (when that wasn’t the case). They really went above and beyond. Mike was very responsive, understanding and informative. Thank you for taking the time to turn around a frustrating situation.

Had to return something to a center they sent me a pre-done label with instructions that have to be scanned as I was getting gas. I saw a FedEx driver and asked him if I could simply go to the hub. He said yes I arrived at the hub, the Alexa packages, but they don't do scanning couldn't understand the woman, but she kept telling me about an address I could go to. It was posted on another door which I explained was locked wasn't gonna let me in wasn't gonna scan my package. Have to go to another location which I had already been only blocks from when I saw the original driver so now I get to turn around and go back very poor customer service.

My anniversary is tomorrow. My wife's present is supposed to be delivered today. I was given a delivery window to be at home for my package to be delivered. My package needed a signature for delivery. I had a doctor's appt, but plenty of time to get home before the window of 10:30 to 2:30. I got home at 10:12, 18 minutes early, to find that a delivery was attempted at 9:57, 33 minutes before the window. I called customer support and they said that they will not reattempt a delivery today, nor can I pick up the package at their facility tonight. I now have to sit around my house tomorrow, when I'm supposed to be out doing anniversary stuff, waiting for the Fed-Ex guy. They show up outside the window I was given, but screw me, right? It's my fault?
