I usually recommend this place to people who need print jobs or have projects. My printer was broken at the time, so I came here. My wife and I were charged already to use the computer, but the keyboard wasn’t working so I told one of the employees at the counter. They recommended I just log off and pick a different computer. My wife then said“You should put signs up, saying these are broken.”The long dark wavy haired employee lady responded and said“We didn’t know that one was broken so…”I work in retail. We don’t make excuses, we just apologize and see if we can’t make it up to the customer somehow.I used to recommend this place to people, but I’m definitely not doing that anymore. Hire people who care about the customers. And if stuff is broken, put up signs so no one else spends money/time they can’t get back for using the broken stuff y’all didn’t address.

I will *never* come back here, even if it’s in a pinch.I paid for computer usage and already got charged, but the keyboard was broken.My husband asked for assistance and the girl said “oh we’ve been having issues lately, those other ones are broken too” as she points to other pc’s.I told her “you should probably have signs on these,” and she shot back and said “well we didn’t know that one was broken so—“I’m not sure why it was so hard to say “sorry about that” and just **put a sign** there??Seems to care about getting last word and being right and being rude to customers instead of making sure future customers don’t waste their time and money.-100/10 don’t know her name but she was 5’8ish with long black hair and a permanently mad face.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICEI've been printing documents for my 2 court cases at this store off/on for a few months. Today, I went inside the store to print some copies, and no store employees said a greeting to me. Before I left the store today, I wanted to buy a box of paperclips. I approached the counter, and the employee said she couldn't help me because her register didn't ring up paperclips. However, a customer came up, and the same employee rang up the customer's bubble wrap. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Awesome service by the Mgr John. Met me via appt to professionally package and secure two oversized camping chairs. Went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. Kudos!

Very convenient working hours (till 8 pm M-F) for people like me who can never make it out of work at a reasonable time. And even if I arrive 10 min before closing time on a Friday they are still open (not like other locations).

Waited in line for 20 minutes; never received any help, nor did anyone acknowledge me. The printing go options have extreme limitations, and I ended up wasting time and money here. :(

ive rerouted packages to here a couple times and its always a breeze to pick them up. everyone is so nice! carnelia especially is so sweet!

we were expecting delivery of large package on 8/31. we then got a notice to expect delivery 8/30, so we made arrangements to pull inside. Then at end of day we got message, with no explanatiin, to expect it 8/31, no 4 hour window as promised. Very frustrating.

DirectTV required me to drop my equipment off here after I terminated my service. A couple days later all the equipment ended up at my door, even though I had given them a shipping label with the correct address. When I called to share what happened the manager on duty, who refused to give me his name or employee number, was extremely rude and condescending. It was the worst display of unprofessional behavior I've ever experienced

I downloaded an artwork from a website and brought them the digital file. In a few hours I had a beauty of a reproduction. The colors and clarity were perfect. The folks helping me were friendly and professional. I am encouraged to purchase products like this more often.

My visit was to have invitations printed out my daughter had put together. I walked in and explained to Carmella I had no idea where to start and that I would need assistance. With the manager Ron nearby he was able to answer a couple of questions that I had. He gave me a couple of paper options and after selection one the production was on. While the manager was working on that I had asked another employee, Mike if he could point me in the direction for something I needed since he was working on something at the computer. But he quickly finished what he was doing and kindly walked me to the area. I could say this was a quick and pleasant experience. I was fortunate that the place wasn't flooded with people since I was on a time crunch. This was also a convenient spot since I was already in the area. I would definitely consider this location knowing the customer service was outstanding.

Although these locations can be convenient, if you need a few copies you may be better off going to Staples and buying a printer

I purchased overnight delivery for a package for $165.00 on Monday January 30 2023 at this location in Oceanside. I was told it would arrive by Wed. My package did not arrive until Thursday and the person receiving my package is now international.When I contacted customer care at the store I was put through to their "customer advocate team." I was told that because my package did not arrive on time due to the weather, they could not refund me. They said "due to it being the weather that delayed it, there's nothing we can do."I then went into the store and spoke to the manager Ashley who seemed concerned. She encouraged me to contact the customer advocate team again. I did so to no avail. As they named that it was an "act of god." Ashley the manager said she would try to do something by this morning Feb 9, though reassured me that there is most likely nothing they can do since they named that it is an "Act of god."My request is a refund (I no longer what store credit) and to change the policy to make sure you give customers the knowledge that there is a chance their package might not arrive on time AND they will not be getting a refund, especially if the delay is due to an, "act of god." Ashley has my contact info. Otherwise, Fed Ex is behaving unethically. I will not be returning to FedEx if this is not attempted to be remedied. Thank you!
