Lots of stands with selection of cooked food, produce, products. However, found the vendors to be obnoxious and everything I saw was stupidly overpriced.

It rained early morning, but when I got there at 11am, all the booths on the 2 blocks were there. The farm fresh veggies and plants were toward the east end, and the arts/crafts/clothing and prepared foods were on the west side. On this late November morning, I found a nice variety of fresh fruits and veggies--strawberries, blackberries, asian pears, romaine lettuce, slightly green mandarins (sweet with a slight fresh-picked tartness), baby boy choy, kabocha, butternut squash, etc.

The Sunset Market in Oceanside is an absolute classic, it's been around for years and has really exploded in popularity over the years. What I mean by that is that you're almost bumping shoulder to shoulder with locals and tourists walking around. It can get incredibly busy. Lots of food vendors. It's a great place to go on a date or take the family because you can grab food from different vendors. Each person can grab something different and there's a lot of variety as far as cultural cuisines well.

Was there with AARP for the North County Health Fair. The Farmer's Market was great as usual with all kinds of produce and products to purchase. Great way to spend a Thursday morning.

This market is a total madhouse tonight on 7/27/23 and it's wall to wall people that are like road blocks. It's wayyyyy too crowded! The Thai food booth is 5 stars and so is the ceviche booth

Usually a great place to visit. Downtown Oceanside has come a long way and we frequent this market. However, don't go in the summer months. It's NOT enjoyable. I give it a 4 star because we do enjoy the food variety and live music. Proximity to the ocean is a bonus. Again, don't go in the summer unless you like to torture yourself.

This is my low-key date night place... it's dog friendly, there's live music, food and craft booths, and lots of people-watching. My favorite booth is the Philly cheesesteak one, and I've been eating my way through the various unique dessert booths (cannoli, beignets, etc). The prices are getting so high here that they rival dining at sit-down places, and that's unfortunate especially because so many choices are rather bland: tater tot booth, basic cookies, bao buns, to name a few. I feel safe as there's a police presence; though we tend to come at opening time and not when it's dark. Overall, this is probably more fun for tourists and kids, but I live so close that it's become a favorite place of mine.

Love the variety of vendors & JR. Organics. Careful with the street parking. I scratched our car door on the sidewalk because it was higher than usual.

Early is better as it gets pretty crowded, but there are so many terrific farms with excellent produce it's easy to find quality items. Lots of food stands, too, that provide yummy takeaway for breakfast or lunch.

We stumbled upon this farmer's market style street fair while visiting Oceanside. There was so much to see! There were also soooo many people. Even though it was outdoors, I put my mask back on around the food trucks where it was most congested. We ate empanadas and boba but I would've loved to have tried at least six other places! Lots of people with their kids and dogs, and even a children's area with activities and face painting.
