Love this place! Ajahn Ruben Rowell is the best Mentor I have ever had. If you want to learn Boxing/Muay Thai, this is THE place to train. If you want to learn life lessons in the process, this is THE PLACE TO TRAIN!!! It is a great and positive atmosphere as well!It’s never too late to start!

This place is amazing! My kids have been going since they were 3 and my oldest is now 11! The Ajahn really gives them some life lessons to apply along with training them the correct way. I would highly recommend to check it out!

I can’t say enough great things about this Muai Tai Boxing club.?Muai Thai Ajahn is awesome! My son has been coming to this gym for 9 years now and my daughter just joined as well. A great place to build self confidence.?
