I have a pretty intense job which I work from home, so I am sitting all day (like ALLLLL day), which is pretty much the worst thing for your health. It also means I don't have time to drive to/from a gym (ok yeah sure at like 5am or after working all day I could but I tried that and it wasn't for me lol). When I lived in San Francisco I had a friend/ personal trainer that would come to my house and we would work out together. When we moved to Oceanside I knew if I didn't find someone, I'd be grossly sedentary and blow up like a balloon. I also have to worry about heart health as my dad passed from a heart attack at 51. I was so thrilled to meet Megan. She agreed to come clear across town to provide in-home training at a reasonable rate, she's such a professional but also down to earth and easy to talk to, and the workout is always different/ fresh/ never the same. Not to mention how highly qualified she is with a PHD (and winning every single fitness competition she's been in since we met!). My husband even started working out with us which I could never get him to do in San Francisco lol. Highly recommend Every Body's Fit to anyone looking to lose weight, get off meds, or just generally live a healthier life.

Megan gives me a great workout every time and I've been with her over 2 years. She adjust workouts for my back and has helped me get way stronger for more hikes. My wife goes to her also!

Megan has worked with me 5 weeks and i feel better than I have in years. I refused to check my weight for the five weeks and my pants were not a tight and I felt great. I lost 10 pounds and have gained strength. I have another 5 months and am excited to see what happens.

Look no further! My wife and I started training at Every BODY’s Fit with Megan 6 months ago with the intention of just getting into some sort of shape. We did not think that in just 6 months we would have advanced this much. We are both stronger and leaner and overall feeling great! I have dropped 9% body fat. We love the gym, the people, and overall family atmosphere.

My workouts with Megan are on a one to one basis, she adds the support and works with me at the ability level that I can endure…since I have had major surgery on my neck for a severe ruptured disk that almost paralyzed me. As my personal trainer she motivates and encourages me while adapting fitness routines to meet my individual needs, constantly striving to make your workouts enjoyable. I have really noticed improvements in my upper body strength.

Megan at Every BODY’s Fit is the BEST trainer. I originally went to her for assistance on beginning to work out again after a six month absence from the gym. She has helped me reclaim my love for working out and living a healthy lifestyle. Some of the hardest workouts I have ever had were done with her and small group. She has a way of not letting on that the workout is extremely difficult until after the workout is done. She has shown me how mental completing workouts can be.I am always thankful for Megan's knowledge about all areas of health. She assists not only with programs for me to complete at the gym, but also with any other fitness questions I have, including stretches to do in my cube at work after a hard workout.Anyone considering using a personal trainer should contact Megan!
