Our suburban was pretty dirty so a little touch was necessary. This car wash is okay at best for this size of vehicle. The truck did t get completely wet for whatever reason and the dirt is still all over the windows. Funniest part about it is...there are pigeons living at the end of the wash. So lol at your own risk... we made it out safe. GOOD LUCK

This is the WORST Chevron I have ever been to, and I am over 70 years old now. Their equipment does not function properly at multiple pumps, and the office crew is rude about it. I had to move to different pumps twice to find one that works right. PLUS......they over charge for their fuel compared to the Chevron on down the way on Benet Road just off Hwy. 76, near the 5 frwy. It's about 5 miles further away for me, but I will drive the extra 10 miles round trip to avoid this lousy place!!

I tried to give zero stars but it wouldn't let me Bad experience- they refuse to open the bathroom for my two daughters. Al the covid stuff has passed can't you go back to normal? We don't even have to wear masks! My daughter was crying because she can't use the bathroom! How terrible is this place!

Guadalupe, Maria whatever your name is, you've been working there a few years. No need to try and press on me because you aim so high in life. If I want to take thirty minutes next time taking a shiet I will. Minimum wage bih had the nerve to tell me I can go somewhere else if I don't like it???? Excuse me, just BECAUSE I'm darker than you don't make you shiet. Learn some manners and your place. Check your drawer and clean up those dirty gas Lanes. Lots of trash and dirty a** stalls but hey that's probably my fault because I was in there ten minutes. #gtfoh and get a REAL job. Trying to power Trip because you ain't shiet.

As a Transporter for a car company, many of us driver's stop here for gas. I had the misfortune to go inside and actually buy items. I bought one bag of chips, two generic waters, 4 lottery scratchers and 5 x.1.00 quick picks..My total 29.97..I always carry a small coin purse with me since I need to switch out my ID, money..ect Unfortunately when I went to put my coin purse in my raincoat it must of fell on the ground and was picked up by some wonderful person who kept my money..Gift card for food...Ext.. my ID was in there an honest person would have returned to the register and left it. Anyhow..When I went to meet up with my team of drivers I realized my coin purse was gone and I never got my quick picks. So after numerous phone calls...Nobody knows nothing. Yes, I can pick up the lottery tickets because they forgot to give them...Wait..No you can't because we don't remember being on the phone with you for literally 45 min's trying to figure out this mess...So I Will Never Stop there again...And I urge all of you to find a place who knows who there managers are and procedures for when the unexpected happens..This ain't it.. Customer Service gets a fat ZERO...

I decided to get my car washed this afternoon since it got dirty from our recent rainy season. I paid for the "Works" car wash for my 1995 Honda Civic DX car this included the pro-works wash/rinse and wax the price was $12.00 accepted by the cashier inside the Chevron Gas Station. I drove up to the digital car wash machine where I had to enter a 6 digit code to start the car wash, when I entered the car wash, I had to put my car in park and turn the engine off. This really thick foamy colored soap consumed my whole car and my car was shifting in a back and forth motion. These high powered jet streams of water hit the front section of my car, the car wash went into the rinse cycle and finally this really thick coating of car wax covered my whole car and was rinsed off with warm water. The car wash machine finally shut off. I started my engine when the green light appeared. Then drove over to the air machine which blows air onto my whole car the air machine only lasts for 30 seconds then it shuts off automatically. I noticed there was a few small spots on my side windows and the back rear window. When I drove my car home I used a spray bottle with warm water and wiped off the windows with paper towels. The "Works" car wash and wax is pricey but it was worth it. The wax that was applied on my car is very shiny now, I can see my reflection in it. My car is really beautiful and I am very satisfied with Chevron Gas Station's car wash.

Zoraida and the rest of the ladies that work at this location are AMAZING! they have great people skills and they all wear a smile. The MAIN thing the stuck out to me was how clean the store AND the restrooms were. I own a freight company and have to visit many gas stations and I have NEVER in my life been to a gas station restroom that was so clean. It smelled good and looked good. I was so impressed by it that I actually contacted their corporate office and gave them feedback about my experience aswell.( 925) 842-1000 is the number to corporate. Contact them and tell them about your experience after you visit this location

If I could give this 0 stars I would!! I purchased the $12.00 car wash. I know that the drive thru car washes are not the best and I wasn't expecting my car to come out looking like a brand new car. Normally the car wash removes the dirt and the bird p**** it didn't even clean that! Once I got out of the car wash, my car looked worse than it did when I went in. It looked like the soap and the water just moved all the dirt around on my car. The car wash did not even have a sill brush (the thing that spins on the side of your car to get the dirt off). I am so mad that I wasted money on this car wash! I will never be returning here again! I have attached some pictures of my car after the car wash!

this station cannot manage the air machine. I buy gas and get air to fill my yoga ball. Apparently they cannot just refund the little change I paid to do so (a nice HONEST customer told me that I did not have to pay for air by law when I bought gas). Long story short, not customer service oriented. If you have to go inside, don't bother and go down the street to another place like Shell.

This has to be the worst gas station ever. It seems like every time I try to get gas here, their pumps are either broken or the card reader is broken. What a joke!
