They were able to add name tapes overnight. I came to pick it up and there was a discrepancy. On the spot that took it in back and fixed it ASAP.

Excellent customer service. I was in a bind when all a bag containing all of my desert cammies was stolen out of my car. They understood my situation were able to have a same day turn around on name tapes for my new sets. Wouldn’t even think about anywhere else!

Great experience from Holly. ordered three replacements medals for my dad online and she called to insure that I ordered the correct ones instead of just processing the order. Glad she did since I messed up on the amount of stars and placement of what I ordered. Medals arrived a few days later and couldn't be happier. It was definitely a little more than other places I found, but it is well worth the money. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks Holly

Best place around! if you need military uniforms dry cleaned and pressed. The seam shop is very quick and does a beautiful job on changing patches and uniform items. Great turn around time. They also make custom name tapes and the embroidery is quality work. Not only are they the best prices I have found in San Diego county they are very friendly and welcoming. Won’t go anywhere else while we’re stationed here.

i have been bringing my clothes here for 8 years. recently i brought in some items and noticed the prices were much higher. i questioned the lady named JEANETTE... 2 days ago i finally had the money to pick up my items. she never smiles and was rude saying " oh these were brought in a month ago" i put my 5 lb. dog down to pay her and she had a accident. no paper towels out either..so i go to my car to load the clothes and she comes out and says "your dog peed on our rug" i told her i looked for paper towels but nothing was out. then my dog pooped on the sidewalk and i immediately picked that up as she watched me. she told me throw that in the garbage down the block as all the customers were listening. i offered to clean up the rug as she had already brought out a spray bottle and so many paper towels it looked like a large dog clean up.i said "this is overkill". so i took all the paper towels and tossed them in the garbage can at the end of the block. never again will i go there. JEANETTE needs to go to charm school... by the way, my dog is a service dog. ptsd...
