David is an outright liar and will find absolutely anything to fail you. I made 100% sure that I checked my shoulders and mirrors, yet he marked me down. I also made sure to stop behind the line at each and every stoplight and stop sign Yet again I was marked down for it. I was stopped behind a line at a stop sign, and a pedestrian decided to walk around my car, and David consider that a dangerous maneuver, even though I had no power of controlling the situation. If you are taking your drivers test here and see that your "instructor" is David, please drive away.

Not sure why I got an appointment for my Mom (who's in a walker). Still doing what they do best- driving people to a complete nervous breakdown.

Check online for what documents you need BEFORE coming here. Red carpet line is for walk ins and they give u a number via txt message. The security guards outside and in are calm cool and collected throughout the day and they were really actually helpful. Of course nobody likes the dmv but this system seems to be really smooth and straight forward. 2 star deducted for grumbling old lady workers that hate their jobs but besides that life is good

This place is ugly and gross like most government institutions but it would be bearable if the staff weren't so horrible. Had the pleasure yesterday of being scoffed at and yelled at by a wretched blonde/white haired old witch at window 15 who acted like my kid and I were purposefully wasting her time by asking questions we had not been able to get answered anywhere else. After two hours in line, she barked orders at us, refused to listen to our questions and sent us away without helping us...so of course we lost our spot in line. This woman should not be interacting with the general public...she seems to get off on being mean and ruining peoples days.

The worst DMV I have ever been to. The staff are the rudest and most unhelpful people I have ever seen. My daughter was there to take the written drivers exam. We were told to go to the back by the photograph station by the person who gives you appointment numbers. So we headed to that area with no more information than that because she hurried us away from the reception area. I saw an open window and all we did was ask the woman over by the photograph station where my daughter needed to go for the exam and I had said the original person was vague in explaining where to go. The woman at the window rolled her eyes at us and said that she doubted the other woman said to go to her window and proceeded to try to make a scene yelling at us and being dramatic and animated to embarrass us. I told her no, she didn’t say to come to the window I just needed to know where my daughter should check in because we weren’t told where to go. I am a Nurse, if I treated people this way I would lose my job at the hospital I work for. Obviously the DMV needs to allow mental health days because some of your employees are in desperate need of them.

I dread going to the DMV or having to deal with car maintenance stuff in general. HOWEVER! Ever since my first visit back in the 90's when I moved here from the east coast, every visit I can think of has been a positive one. The attendants are mostly knowledgeable and nice! I still don't like having to go but at least when I go its usually a 9/10 - 10/10 experience!

Every employee there hates their job. Rude, if you ask a question, they snap back. Glad it's over.

I am trying to understand why most of the DMV employees have such bad attitudes. The women who came out first to pass out numbers had such an angry tone and NO smile at all, I said: good morning to her and only received a stare. She's very sarcastic for no reason. Most people coming need alittle assistance, we don't do this everyday like the employees do, and things change every Year. Even the "Online" is not very user-friendlyIt really is SAD that the DMV has such a Horrible reputation...but only THEY can change it

Clean, quick, organized and helpful…They have a new device for vision test as a second option in case the board test was not successful…This new device is like a binoculars or telescopes over the bench ?

Busy. Lots of folks getting vehicle things taken care of. Made an appointment. Didn't have to wait long to be waited on.

Horrible customer service! They need to be more helpful! Have shorter hours because it seems like they are angry with life for sitting there.

We had a 10:10 apt, and we were called up at 10:10. The person helping us answered all of our questions and was very efficient at processing our request.
