Went in to have two tires replaced and all tire rotated. I was told the rear wheel(s) were "bent" and could not be balanced so they did not recommend they be placed on the front. They then reinstalled original front wheels and cross threaded one of the studs and informed us that we need to take it to a mechanic to be fixed. No offer of compensation for their mistake. I know the studs were not originally cross threaded since I have previously replaced front brake pads and rotated tires myself.

Once again, this discount tire is beyond professional and gives steeler customer service. My tire was slowly leaking air, and I was honestly stressed that I might need to replace my tire after an incident (near accident). This discount tire gave me nothing but peace of mind and was honest that it was an easy fix. Then, fixed it without any issue. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you once again!!!

Bad service, I only went because of a flat tire and you tell me that in this list in 20 minutes and I drive for an hour and they haven't even touched my car even though it arrived when I didn't. Avia mind they say that it's free but I'm sorry because it's free I prefer pay not all of us have time

This place is great they get a lot of vehicles every day and somehow they are able to effectively inefficiently serve each customer. Make sure you make an appointment online as that will definitely be essential. They definitely have the most affordable shoes for your car I wouldn't go anywhere else. In a world where everyone seems to be overcharging for everything it's nice to have a little discount. Not to mention they help me maintain the tires during the duration of their life not just limited by a warranty by Miles or some time limit. We arrived a bit early for our appointment and we're greeted by a wonderful guy at the desk. My girlfriend had a slow leak in one of her tires. We left the car and walked over to run an errand by the time we got back there was already a message on our app saying the car was ready. They had pulled the car right into the port plug the tire filled it and balanced all the tires on the car and had it ready for us to pull out of the lot. There was no hassle no fuss and not even a charge for the fix. At first I wasn't so sure about this place even though many people have told me you got to go here. Now I won't take my shoes anywhere else 100% of my business will go to this company from now on when I'm looking for tires. Thanks guys for all your hard work and all you do to keep our vehicles running so we can keep running as well.

Rafael the manager is a great guy and is gifted at hiring. I've gone to this location since I was old enough to drive (Rafael has been the manager the whole time!) and have never had a bad experience. Even with that high bar set, Edward STILL separated himself as a superior performer with outstanding customer service and professional creativity. I was being an annoying customer by being very picky and particular with the wheels and tires I wanted. Edward not only was able to locate the discontinued product in inventory across multiple stores, but also went the extra mile to contact the other locations across the country to confirm that they indeed had everything in stock before transferring it. I am extremely impressed.

HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY,
I took my car in for a FREE tire rotation and during the process one of wheel studs broke off. They just fixed it for no charge. That's just awesome! I would recommend to friends and family.

Juan in Sales did a Great Job for me a few days ago.
If you want your TIre Maintenance history on Carfax be sure that they have your Name, Phone Number and Email on your Account with your VIN (vehicle identification number) everytime they check your car/truck they scan the VIN if it's new enough and it all goes on your Carfax.
Juan has impressive typing skills on the handheld scanner, WOW !
One thing .... if you have a hole in your tire to close to the sidewall they will not Repair it.
You will have to buy a new tire or get a plug put in it (at your own risk).
I've been in that situation.

I got a tire pressure warning on my 2018 GTI. Took it in this morning and met Elijah. He found a small nail in the rear. I decided to replace all 4 and knew the ones I wanted. To my surprise, they had all 4 in stock!
It was pretty busy and he was very good at setting expectations. No problem, it’s Saturday. He quotes me 1:30 to 2 hours. To my surprise once again the car is done in less than 1 hour. You guys are killing it ! ??. Thanks, Elijah!

I came into this store on wednesday because a neighbor had overinflated my tires when trying to be helpful with one that was low. Enrique was helpful and polite and let me know what correct psi was for my tires. And he let out the excess air without making me feel like an idiot. I am 81 and quite honestly don't know much about my car. I really appreciate his assistance. You have a great enployee.

I've been hesitant to post this, but I got new tires last week and had some personal belongings taken from my center console. Unfortunately I'm guessing the employees needed it more than I did! I really hate accusing people of stealing, but 100% know for a fact the stuff I am missing was in my center console and is now gone. I should of taken it out of my car, but I just popped in to get a tire patched and was told I need two tires so it didn't cross my mind to empty my car ahead of time. It's unfortunate.
