Is a military ID holder place only for military only. However if you are not military but you come along with a military ID card holder you can visit and browse the exchange however at time of paying at the register you will need your military ID holder sponsor to pay for items been bought.

Much easier to get in and out to buy gas and get your free air for your tires. Delmar gate is open till 8 PM if you wanna avoid the hassle of the long lines going through the main gate for your beer or gas etc..They do not give out gate passes at this small gate. You must have a military ID.
