I love CVS I pickup my prescriptions there through the drive thru it is great it is quick no hassle the store is well organized and the cashiers team members are friendly greeting me as I walk in found me some Xtra bargains and made my purchase and I was on my way Thankyou CVS Have a wonderful day Be back soon

I went there to pick up medications at the pharmacy and some first aid supplies. The pharmacy people were fantastic and gave me a coupon to use at the store. There was an issue with the coupon and the manager was called. I believe his name was Anthony. He was quick to arrive but very snappy and sassy telling me that I had the wrong first aid products for the coupon. I told himni didn't understand because the item was the same as what was in the first aid isle. To which he responded "I know what isle things are on. This is on isle 21 and first aid is 19". Then told me to go get the tight product. I returned eith the same item in a different color from isle 19 and he was able to make the coupon work. He left after an eye roll and a "there. The associate he left to help wad very nice.

Worst store and pharmacy on the planet. How this place stays open is a miracle. Poor management would be to blame. The pharmacy is never open on time and Now they made the worst pharmacist the pharmacy manager. She’s the reason I’m leaving. Gave me the wrong information on a prescribed medication.

Went in Friday and was told my prescription would be coming in on the Monday afternoon shipment. Stopped by late Monday and was told my medication was in fact on back order. Pharmacist told me that they had it at another store and sent me clear across town only to find that they didn’t have it. Had to call and cancel the prescription with my Doctor. I will never use a CVS pharmacy for a prescription again… SO ridiculous.

I started coming here because my Rite Aid pharmacy location closed and I’ve been so happy everybody is super friendly and you just have to be patient because they’re very very busy I get all my questions answered extremely satisfied

CVS 24 hour Carlsbad location has truly neglected the service of the pharmacy. The medication is not filled within specific time as directed by doctors. In 3 separate occasions my medication was not in stock and I was told an order was placed. I called several days later as pharmacist told me medication would arrive. When I contacted CVS another pharmacist told me manufacturer they're ordering from doesn't have my medication in stock. Pharmacist never called other CVS pharmacy's to see if my medication was available. It was a holiday weekend, 3 days no medication that doctor ordered. I spoke with a pharmacist who hung up the phone on me, as I was asking for manager assistance. I have now contacted ALL my doctors and have transferred all my medication out of CVS system, to another local pharmacy. This saddens me as I have been a loyal CVS customer for over 10 years. Corporate needs to review the pharmacy and check on policies and procedures being met to support patients needs.

they ignore the drive through window, have it blocked off with a plastic board.... opened 15 minutes ago.... just called..... they said they didn't open it because they are short staffed.... but there is no sign or note saying drive through closed. Do not use the drive through. Priority is given to walk up, no concern for the disabled I guess.

Came to the pharmacy on 12/2/23. The pharmacy is supposed to open at 9am. It’s 9:20am and there is no pharmacist and pharmacy is still closed. Unbelievably appalling and unprofessional that these pharmacists are not here BEFORE opening hours. People depend on these services for important medication and the fact that this company is not open during marketed business hours seems illegal and should be investigated. These are shameful business practices. You can hear the phone ringing and ringing as well with a long line of customers who have been waiting since opening hours.

The people are nice but Inefficient in the pharmacy. I called twice in one day and held for 30 minutes with no response. I had to come in person to get a refill. Then I had to wait a long time. The restrooms are always out of order. Seriously thinking of taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

They just tried to charge me $190 each for flu shot and covid booster WITH insurance. Even without insurance the most expensive flu shot I've researched is $70 and still most places say from free to $40. Unbelievable!! What a scam.
