I called yesterday to see if my prescription was ready for pick up and the person who helped me was so rude and gave the most ugly attitude and then hung up on me… so unprofessional!

This is an amazing store. I understand with the restrictions that there have been recently due to others not staff it is always quick and easy place to stop in and get my products. The saff is always quick to respond to customers requests

At certain times of the day and evening they refuse to have humans checking people out. They literally don't have a single worker in sight, just the two self checkout terminals. Last night there were at least ten people in line. One person buying liquor at the self check wasn't able to proceed until a human came to help and no one came. The other terminal wasn't dispensing cash so that one started alerting for an employee. Fifteen minutes passed and not one employee came to the front. Is this how CVS likes to do business? I can't believe this location won't staff the front counter. The last time I was in it wasn't much better. Both self checks were occupied and the young lady behind the register told me to go to self checkout when I approached her. I told her no, I don't wish to wait, you're here and not doing anything so if you could check me out I'd appreciate it. She rolled her eyes and did, but wasn't happy about it. What is wrong with these entitled people that think work is standing around getting paid to observe? I'll be going to Walgreens where at least if the line is long, there's a human to move it along!

I called the pharmacy to inquire about my perscription and the woman who answered the phone was very short with me i was explaining to her that there's another perscription there for me and she just hung up the phone. Very very rude. She didn't even try to find the other script. Wow i'll be sending my prescriptions elsewhere from now on!

Pharmacy staff very nice and helpful. Fairly punctual with appointments for flu and COVID vaccines.

I waited in line at the pharmacy and heard that a caller was waiting on the line as two employees continued to do things that didn't stop them from answering a phone. That person waited at least 5 minutes for someone to pickup the phone.

in dealing with the pharmacy, they've always had things either ready for me or an explanation of why they aren't ready. they are always polite and informative. Pharmacy lines move fast and Clerks they're always courteous and efficient.

Jerks accused me of stealing for putting my wallet in my pocket. Had to argue with them just to get a proper explanation for why I was being asked to leave. Would give a 0 if possible. Bunch of losers
