This is by far the worst customer service I have EVER encountered. It is impossible to reach ANYONE by phone in any department. I am very Sick and just need to tell someone my husband will be picking up my medication as I am unable to drive. I am shocked they have a two-star rating. This shouldn't even be legal!!!

This CVS continues to suck bad. The pharmacy is ran by some whacked out woman who obviously could use some EAP sessions. They don't know how to bill insurance and freely admit it. They won't contact you when RX is ready. Be ready to waste a large amount of your life waiting on this place to help you out. Place is a dump and a freak show. Also they could care less about there customers. Nothing good about this CVS. The crazy little woman freely will tell you "go somewhere else". So take her advice and find a different place.

This is the worst pharmacy it's always packed it's always long lines. I can appreciate that but when you have staff that are working there that are just rude all the time it gets old. This time I called for a refill I didn't realize I was out I take blood pressure medication every day. The young girl on the line did not answer the phone and conduct herself like they normally do so I assume she's new-she proceeds to tell me that it's too late in the day for her to call my doctor I will have to call my doctor and she cannot give me any refills or partial refills until I call my doctor and he calls them. Mind you I have a 10 day supply waiting for me and they had already faxed my doctor. But she told me I couldn't have any pills. I said no one has ever told me that as a matter fact I was given free blood pressure medication when I was in between health insurance. What you're saying does not make sense and risks my life what is your name and what's your managers name? She hung up on me

Staff is always super helpful and friendly. Wait can be a little long if it's busy since it is a smaller pharmacy in the Target. Switched here a while ago after multiple poor experiences at another location. No complaints since I've switched.

This place is a nightmare. I guess most people on base just have switched to this location since Walmart no longer takes tricare so they have too much to handle but that’s NO excuse to be rude. It’s not the customers fault in anyway. I was supposed to have a prescription ready by Friday, it’s Tuesday. So I called because I’m not out of medication and they’re insistent that they never got my prescription which is fine, but they said they’d call back. It’s been 5 hours and no call so I call again and she literally goes “ugh, I haven’t even called the Walmart” . They were sooooo rude when I initially transferred over my medications and called me complaining that I hadn’t picked up my medicine yet(I was never informed it was ready) then when I got there it was no where near ready??? Not to mention they are so expensive. Used to pay $1 for my medication now it’s $14.

I've been coming here for years and love the staff! Tiffany knows me and my family by name and understands our prescription history. The staff has always been super kind and has gone above and beyond to find and apply coupons without me even asking. Prescriptions are done correctly and quickly. Overall a great experience aside from all the Target shoppers pestering the pharmacy staff for the location of an item on their shopping list.

This CVS is by far the worst on this planet! Been coming here for years and it never changes. This is the Pharmacy from Hell. They DGAF about anybody. It takes them 30 min to get through 2 people. They consistently mess up the med fills and treat there customers as dog shiat. Your better off getting your meds at Petsmart.
