Pharmacy staff very nice and helpful. Fairly punctual with appointments for flu and COVID vaccines.

I waited in line at the pharmacy and heard that a caller was waiting on the line as two employees continued to do things that didn't stop them from answering a phone. That person waited at least 5 minutes for someone to pickup the phone.

Busy during closing, but the solo Pharmacist and her assistant went above and beyond to help me and all the customers waiting. My prescription came in last minute and wasn't being authorized by my insurance, but the Pharmacist filled it in time and explained to me my options for payment. Great service, great pharmacist!

The location on River Rd & Douglas has gone downhill in my view! I'm going back there because of my insurance but it looks like it is very hard for them to keep staff! The staff at least in the pharmacy dept. seem very disconnected with customers! Prices seem higher than Walgreens as an example! The upkeep outside the location is not kept very well! This chain needs some, also there was always a problem with their freezers where Ice Cream was kept! Just a bounce of issues! Let's just say there are other choices!

Country wide CVS Pharmacy has a poor reputation for customer service. The turnover rivals that of a college town fast food chain. The staff are overwhelmingly overworked and miserable. Their ugliness leaks out and spill all over everyone they come in contact with. Walmart has a pharmacy where the people are kind and knowledgeable. They take the time to feet to know you and make sure you're fully informed about your medications.

I've just had a great experience dealing with this CVS at 3925 North River Rd. in Oceanside, CA. I've been searching and searching for a particular product that is supposed to be at certain drug stores, CVS being one of them. I'm not sure if everyone is making a run on the market for this, or if it is being underreported, or just isn't available at stores yet. Anyway, after many unsuccessful calls, I was fortunate enough to reach Cindy at CVS. I asked her about the product and, after a short hold, she said she has it, and will put it at the front checkstand with my name on it. So thankful to have received good service over this short call, I told her how thrilled I was that she took the extra effort to help me out. I want to give Cindy a big shout out!

So I officially moved all my prescriptions today. Your rude worker told me to "change pharmacies" so I did. Maybe I wouldn't have if the district manager had the decency to call me back! But they didn't. Update:Now I'm being harassed! Sending me all kinds of texts telling me my prescriptions have been denied by my doctor. NOT TRUE!!!! Just harassment.

One morning when CVS was just opened I went to grab some quick ingredients for breakfast I asked this employe behind the counter named tulip for eggs And this guy who defended TULIO , was HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE / RUDE / AND to be honest bias about my look and the fact we were alone in the store. I see many people defending this man when you don't really know how aggressive and inappropriate this man is . I know this two female employees because my husband and I go to this location 3 times a week and they are amazing woman TULIO OTHERWISE is a terrible employe . You don't know the way he treats people and to be more clear woman . The last time we talk to corporate they told us he was getting fired for his inappropriate and aggressive behavior and it looks like he stills works here ? This is corporates fault and the manager WHO EVEN AFYER MY MON CAME TO TALK TO HIM ABOUT TULIOS INCIDENT DIDNT MIND TO KEPT HIM ! Also tulio tells everyone he is a manager when he is not . Can someone fire this guy TULIO. everyone in our neighborhood resent that employe TULIO , he is rude he is inappropriate and so many people have already talk to corporation about it . After he was aggressively rude taking advantage that we were alone in the store he proceeded to RUN TO MY FACE so aggressively and he got so close and whisper to me something personal about my appearance ...this TULIO guy was going to get fired the last time my husband and I called corporate. Knowing he still there we will call again . I pray for a girl never to be alone with him in that store . Believe me he isn't a victim. This man need to learn ethic and respect . Boundaries and work ethic

First off I want to congratulate Tulio for having so much patience and overall exceptional customer service skills. He was being humiliated by two of his coworkers. These awful ladies were speaking to him in such degrading tones. With little to no respect for him or the customers. Not only did Gilma abandon the customer she was attending she completely ignored me as I was asking her a question. It's unbelievable that the manager Martha refused to assist with the line that kept growing. She did not help with the issue that was unraveling she initiated a hostile environment for myself. She shouted at Tulio as he was trying to scramble and help three customers at the self checkout. Horrible management and I hope Tulio finds a job that will cherish him.

This location has attentive friendly staff who genuinely seem to care about their customers. One of the techs took extra time out of her day to help me find discounts on a medication I needed badly once. Just out of the goodness of her heart.

No matter the time I come in to this pharmacy over the past 2 years it always has a line. The answering machine always says "two pharmacy calls" and workers who seem to take long than 10 minutes per customer. The worst part of my month is that I HAVE to come in here once and deal with this 20 to 30 minute wait. To CVS it's clearly just a burden to hire more workers. Bottom line bonuses

Do not come here for your COVID testing until they get the process figured out. Not only were they 30 minutes late for the appointment (I waited 40 min, because I showed up on time) but then when it's finally my turn they tell me that my insurance needs to be uploaded, however the email says to bring it in. There is absolutely no way to remedy this even if you have the capability to upload your insurance and uploading it to Mychart-minute clinic does not work even though that's how you schedule the appointment. There are other testing options, go there first or call ahead to see if they've got everything figured out. But if you call ahead be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes. I stayed on the line for 15 minutes before giving up. This review is for the pharmacy in particular, the cashiers in the store are awesome.
