Cornerstone has been by far the best experience I’ve ever had at an automotive shop. Nico and staff are incredibly friendly and professional. It’s the middle of summer and my ac went out. After shopping around cornerstone was the most affordable option around my area and Nico also made me feel confident that they would figure it out. Not only did the diagnostic is the most cost effective the amount also went towards the actual repair. Within hours I knew what the issues were. I opted on taking my parts. Once they had my parts in hand they were able to have my car done the same day working better than ever! Super cold! I definitely recommend these guys!

I am seriously offended by this place, angry, insulted & at a loss with my VERY QUICK experience there today...
I went in there today (per Auto zone's employee recommendation) to see if NICO (who was suggested) could install ONE break light bulb in my small 4cyl Vehicle, since AutoZone next door was way too busy at the time to help me install it for free & they were short staffed..
I went over to Cornerstone Automotive here, and noticed it was empty inside. I asked for Nico (who was the only employee there that I saw) if he could help me install my bulb ONLY, as I had already just purchased the bulb next door at auto zone and was all I would be needing. I told him I was happy to pay him to install it (even tho auto zone does it for free usually), but I was still respectful of this being a different business & his time & labor so I suggested it of course.....
Well, I was then SHOCKED, when Nico quoted me ($60) SIXTY DOLLARS to install (1) Bulb!!!! .. I immediately told him I just needed it installed not the parts, and reminded him that it was only (1) bulb, & he said "yea sorry, that's what we charge"... ..
I will happily admit that unfortunately I am not too “savvy” with Car Knowledge (clearly), but even I knew he was charging/quoting me way too much, & felt he was trying to swindle me & take advantage of my unknowing & need! ?
I started to walk out and he then shouted "okay then $45" (like that was so much better?) .. I said no thank you, & left right away very upset!
It's places like this that make it hard to find a good mechanic! It's sad when people take Advantage of you like that! I even called (2) of my guy friends after (who unfortunately live outta state or they woulda helped me), and I told them what happened, and they both said he was definitely trying to rip me off too, & that the price quoted was crazy! ...
$20-$25 bucks MAX I woulda paid, as with my car he wouldn't have even needed tools to replace it (I researched online after) but $60 dollars for (1) bulb (Labor Only) was LUDACRIS!
It takes a lot for me to post a bad review on a business, let alone to make mention of a specific person (because I always try to see the good in people), but this young man and place is absolutely a place I will NEVER return to again for anything, & I'll also be telling the friendly staff at auto zone that they should really stop referring people there too, especially to him. Yuck! ??

Nicole and Amir sold my 89 year old Father a 2011 Jaguar.
Now they cannot get him the tags and registration for the car.
They have not completed the DMV paperwork. It has been 3 months and they will not help him. I call them and Nico does not seem to care.

Came in for a simple A/C service, I spoke to the owner briefly, but mostly dealt with his son, Nicholas. Nicholas was very professional and helpful. His customer service was excellent, and I was on my way quicker than expected. I will definitely be coming back for their services.

Dropped off car this morning. Owner’s son said he’d call if labor price changed or if they’d be unable to complete repair by closing time. Got there at closing, price had doubled, half the work was completed and owner’s son said something about being caught up in watching NFL playoffs. I left having paid the quoted price and half the repair completed. A phone call would’ve been nice. For those reading the reply below- My poor choice of words were “ you might want to find some other [faster] mechanics.” New post - After a misunderstanding, see above, I returned my Jeep to Cornerstone. Nic and his team wrapped up the repair and got me back on the road. Thanks to him, I’ll return for future repairs.

I had a terrible experience with Cornerstone's store manager... he was sarcastic and wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for a 2-minute service that his competitor down the street did for free (though I was willing to pay a fair price) after he saw what I needed.

Provided great service. We stopped by for a check engine light and had to leave our car. The owner gave us a ride home which was not a short way.and was a great touch.

I have never been to a mechanic shop that was more kind, adamant, and transparent about what needed to be serviced and what they were going to do. I felt so safe at this place and felt like my car was taken amazing care of. I got my car back in 24 hours for a starter replacement! i spoke to Niko mainly and he was extremely kind and understanding. Everybody was super personable. I really stress the honesty at this place too; they literally showed me the part they took out of my car and entirely explained it to me!! I will absolutely be coming back to this shop for all my repairs in the future, because after meeting these mechanics, I don’t think I’ll ever trust anybody else. 10/10 service and so reliable.
