Such a great experience from the initial phone call to end of my appointment. The front desk was amazing especially Lupe! She was so attentive and extremely helpful with everything. I definitely recommend Concentra!

do not go to this place! The front desk, girls are rude, unhelpful, and disingenuous. The doctor was not thorough and explaining aftercare or providing medical bandages for the sprain I encountered. I had to go buy some at CVS. They also did not properly process my insurance when my insurance changed the following month. they continue to bill me the full amount this went on for over a year back-and-forth until they sent me to collections even though I had insurance covering.

I have use this Concentra Urgent Care more than once to get my D.O. T. Physical for my CDL Class A License. Takes about an hour from start to finish. No appointment needed, just walk in. Price is inline with other locations that do D.O.T. Physicals.

Hello, everyone is so kind and respectful. Understanding I’m injured and very helpful. Susan Randoff PAC is amazing as she explains my treatment and care. I feel positive for a speedy recovery. Save the time and money, go somewhere else. They are under equipped and under staffed. You'll be there far too long. Only reason it isn't a 1 star is because they did, technically, accomplish what I went in for.
