The new manager with a goat tee has an attitude problem. He is always in an undesirable mood, and the other day I was in there buying a soda and from behind the counter he asks me to pull up my pants (I was wearing and old shrunken shirt, which barely reveals my underwear). That really ticked me off, and I was about to unload on him. I often avoid this chevron because of him. If you need to go inside, avoid this chevron.

No free air or water. The sign that sate that they have free air and water that california state law requires to post was covered with black tape, and when asked the cashier for air, she stated that it's out of order.

the gas pump plays ads that you cant mute at full blast volume so the entire parking lot can know that youre pumping gas

If I could put a negative 5 star review I would I am also a manager of a retail store this is completely unacceptable to have the open light on and then it not be open at least turn off your open light everyday in the morning I expect it to be open to get my morning coffee the simple things so then I could probably get some gas and spend some money on the little commodities that I need but no I get here around 6:30 and it says they'll be open in 15 minutes and then lo and behold an hour later they're still not open this is completely unacceptable and horrible horrible customer service I'd rather drive an extra 30 minutes to go to the nearest 7-Eleven where they have coffee and great service and everything is ready I really wish I knew who the manager was for this place so I could tell them for future reference do not go to this place if you're in a hurry to get any needs for your morning routine horrible horrible horrible I mean just horrible seriously someone needs to do something about this

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A NEGATIVE 5 BUT A 1 WILL DO. I hate this place. Every morning I get out here to get gas. SCRATCH THAT. I TRY. This lady always closes at the hour when most are heading to work. Maybe she works all night but really how hard can pushing buttons be. It is so damn infuriating to come there, waste gas, and see that it is closed because someone thinks they need a break at 7:30. They are also very rude. Don't come here.

Very rude lady working thereI went to get some gas around 11 pm on December the 29th (60 dollars)She came out and yell that I have to hurry up because I was taking too long and 60 dollars was too much.Chevron was wrong with you guys you should change your pumps, they are too slow ( at least that’s what the lady said ) and also you should put a sign like this ( please do not spend a lot of money here, go spend it somewhere else) this will make the lady working there, very happy.

A female employee at this location, previously employed at 41 Douglas Dr, Oceanside, CA. Confessed that a former colleague from the neighboring 7-11 sexually harassed her verbally stating "she needed to cooperate because I'm cool with the owner." While I've made several attempts to enter the 7-11 convenience store and searching for such 'owner', I've yet to locate this person. There are two husky individuals employed at this 7-11 location. The employee identified as Ron, usually works/accompanies this employee. Just three weeks ago I entered this location and this employee told me to take my money and go away. He stated " why make an attempt to purchase when you know you don't have any money to pay for anything."He then threw the money back and me and told me to get out. Hope Chevron has audio/video of the conversation that me and this employee engaged in. While I cannot recall her name. She had multiple tattoos.Hope to shop here soon again but without worries for my safety/security.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. The cashier is a rude and unpleasant human toothless version of Cruella deVille! When I walked in she was having an argument with another person Who left upset. My turn. Tried to get a full tank of gas with $100 bill. Told the cashier I was sure that I would use it all. She Pointed to the sign and told me she didn't have to take my money because the sign on the window said $20 and she did not want me to take all of her change. what part of I'm gonna use it all did she not understand??? She said she couldn't take that chance...... I learned a long time ago never to get in a battle of wits with an unarmed person. i could have used a CC, and called it a day, but they dont Deserve Any of my money. Avoid this place!

I agree the brunette is horrible! She’s been there for 20 year’s and shutting off the pump to annoy you is her game! Causing you to walk in and resetting it the canceling the sale when we all know we have somewhere to be! Then claiming it is your card? The brunette hate’s working. My husband worked with her and said everyone quits because of her, she is not honest! She is horrible! Ugly! Hates Americans! I wonder if she is a drunk by the way she behaves? Ugly, ugly, ugly women! Hateful brunette! I go to Costco now and save $1.00 plus per gallon so I am happy at Costco! Save money go to Costco! The brunette even refused to refund my money? Horrible, horrible woman! In my frustration with her actions I dropped pumping device on the ground! The brunette even delays the pump to pump slowly to cause you to spend more time than it should? That brunette is a foolish person! My husband claims it was her way of passing the time!

9/10/22. Roughly 11:49pmMy first time at this gas station, I stopped by because I wanted to fill air in my tires and I went up to the lady with the chola eyebrows and asked her if she could please turn on the air and she looked at me and said "come on dude, are you serious? ya'll keep bugging me about that" and I looked at her with a "are you serious" look and lifted both my arms up and put them back down to my weist and she just closed the door on me and walked away. To my surprise she actually turned on the air. Thanks eyebrows, won't be coming back here.

This place has some good deals but it is never open. My last four visits which were all at different times of different days were all stopped at the door with the "on break" sign. Then if you are lucky enough to get in the door you have a good chance of being greated, or lack there of by one of the rudest cashiers in town.
