Locked in Bathroom - think twice before using this Chevron station - employees and management have no regard for their customers. This evening the men’s bathroom lock broke and I was trapped inside for 45 minutes. The employee behind the counter took a minute to try and open the door and when it wouldn’t open the employee called the manager who hung up after saying “there is nothing I can do”. Then the employee went back to helping customers and ignored my situation. My wife took action and called the fire department. The Oceanside Fire Department are my heroes - somehow they were able to move the deadbolt and get me out. When I was leaving the employee would not acknowledge me so I went out of my way to say “can’t I even get an I’m sorry”. I will find another gas station to give my business to.
I am usually not a complainer, but I thought you all had to hear this.

This store is not 24 hrs. It’s is barely 18 hrs as they close from 1-5am.

I used to love this chevron, it’s close to my home, convenient and never had a problem with customer service. Except lately.. nights ranging between 10pm-midnight when the short middle aged male is working the doors are locked and no one comes to the window. On other nights when female employees are there, the doors stay open til midnight and they are never away from the register. When the male is working the night shift, the hours to go into the store are inconsistent. I watched him turn away multiple customers before midnight. He even told one female to go get what she wanted to buy there from Winco down the street. Tonight I went down there around 11:45 to get gas and went up to the door and it was locked. Another customer was already waiting there and mentioned that this happens often and he had been waiting there for 45 minutes already. As I was leaving I saw the male employee finally unlock the door and let him in. I’m assuming his shift ends at midnight and for the last two hours of his shift he locks the doors and ignores customers or tells them to go somewhere else. He’s literally telling customers to spend their money else where and they will and will not come back if this continues I guarantee it. This has only been an issue during in the last year while this certain male employee is working nights. All the female employees at night are wonderful and I’ve never had an issue with any one else but him.

Paid $10 for the car wash to stop working for me. It's impossible to hear what it's saying and the lights are burnt out. I drove in, wash never started. Love wasting money, this is perfect for you

For the love of...%$@#$ Marie, she has horrible customer service!! Wouldn't acknowledge me talking to her, asking about my rewards. No, she picked up her cell phone and got on a call to leave the person a voice mail. Yeah, even at 15.00 an hour, we can't get good employees.When she finally got off the phone, she waited on the guy behind me!!! WTAH. Hello!!!!! When the next guy said that I was next, she said that I would have to wait for the manager, Tom. I said OK.As I stood there a few minutes, thinking that someone would be coming out to talk to me, I decided to ask Marie when the manager would be coming out. She said he'll be here at 7:30....It was then 7:05. I said, " You should have told me that. " She ignored me. She waited on everyone else, and continued to ignore me. Who are these lame people??
