World's worst ATM? The outside ATM is super slow and annoying. The sun has bleached the screen so good luck using it during the day. Also the bank has been closed for who knows how long...

As a disabled senior, who relies on some one driving me, it angers me when I get to this branch, the only one left , local to me, and once again ITS CLOSED! This is the worst, most unprofessional branch I’ve ever been to, and I have had numerous accounts with Chase for years.

Went in for change, only person in line and teller shut his window, when I told the next teller what I needed she seemed bothered and said she needed to sign on and was rude about it.. I only needed some 10's. Which the ATM doesn't have.She could of asked more questions instead of just stand there and stare at her computer. I'll have to get her name next time.

They don't really take care of the older clients.( that's for sure ) She had to get pushy to closed her account. After that he was really nice.

no one answered the phone. called 3 times. i have 2 businesses with this bank, thinking i need to switch to California Bank and Trust in Carlsbad. I hear they've been rated best bank for last 10 years.

Chase use to be good .. .Chase use to care about their Customers - after open account, once they got Your money - No Help - Only Read from A Script (no independent thought) - no reasons - in writing ... If Any Problem .. .No Printout of What went wrong that they want to give to You the Customer. Was With Chase for over 10 years ... Your history with them means nothing!

Worst service I have ever got at any business. They made me drive back and fourth to my house two times just to open a bank account. They eventually made an appointment for me 2 days later! What a joke.

I went into this branch at 30 minutes before closing a few months ago to ask a quick question. The staff person who was standing free ignored me at first and then when I asked for help made it obvious she did not want to assist me. She told me to make an appt. a different day. I did not mind returning for an appt. but they made it clear I was putting them out and there was no desire to help me. So I went to the Carlsbad branch to open up a second account. I would rather drive to Carlsbad and be helped by people who want to help me. Carlsbad staff are warm and caring like the old staff before they moved.

Condesending. I asked for help and I was immediately told to "go online/use the mobile app". I tried to explain the situation, but then I was handed a flier on "How to use the Mobile App"--you don't think I would have exhausted all other resources before having to physically go into the bank?? I was then told I needed an appointment (totally fine). I came back the next day and they told me my time was different, laughed at me then asked, "so what happened?" My transaction took less that 40 seconds, I counted, but I was still made to feel like I was a burden. I will drive another 15 minutes to go to another location.

Walk in the door 28 mins before closing time to become an authorized signer on a company account. Lauren and another employee who are just standing in the lobby talking to each other, look at each other both knowing they don't want to deal with it and tell me I need to schedule an appointment when they are clearly doing nothing. Brand new account day one and this is how you guys treat people save your self the trouble go somewhere else.
