Greeted in a friendly and warm manner. The facility was clean and tidy with items for sale and plenty of publications. A great stop to help plan future trips!

Randomly stopped here to use the bathroom during our visit and met the nicest woman working here. She shared lots of great places to visit andactually was the one who recommended The Flower Fields to us. (Check out my review on that) She gave us specific directions to ensure we found the place. Very cute and friendly little place.

Very nice building with a lot of nice free information you can take with you. Also some very nice items for purchase. Very easy to find with great signage from the interstate to the front door.

I love a welcome center! We happened upon this center en route to Disneyland today and I couldn't have been more excited. The employees were so nice and welcoming today when I literally booped into the store to use their restroom. I got completely distracted by all of the goods and wares though. They had everything that warms my cold black heart: postcards, CA lapel pins, stickers, wordy shirts and sooo much more! Everything was reasonably priced (in CA where most things aren't). I didn't get to look through the entire store I would have spent at least an hour in there. Find this shop off the 76 and give it a visit. Definitely worth it especially if you have family and friends playing in town and you're playing tour guide.

Excellent folks who work at the welcome center, my friens car broke down and he had to pull in to their parking lot. The wonderful ladies who worked their that day went out of their way to help. They went so far as to find a repair shop for my friend. They even called the shop to make sure they were open. Thank ladies, you did an excellent job and helped a friend in need.

Do visit this lovely little office with a great beach vibe and the best maps! The 1977 red VW Bug Convertible will make you want to stay. Nice staff. Laila was so kind and helpful. Clean bathrooms, ample parking, easy on and off the freeway.

When you are in Oceanside, I suggest you stop in at the California Visitors Center.They have a wealth of information and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.Their recent remodel is terrific and gift shop attracted money from us. ?

I would stop there again in a heartbeat. The woman who helped me was very personable and knowledgeable. And it's also a great physical space with lots of light and room to move around.
