I am beyond grateful for the wonderful team at California Collision Center. My car is repaired, looks great, and they even cleaned my headlights (which I attempted on my own and failed) plus washed the vehicle and vacuumed my floor mats which this mom loves (thank you!). Every time I spoke with Ted, he was cordial, understanding, and always accommodating. I was never worried while my car was there that something might go amiss. He kept me updated on their progress and even offered to take my rental car back for me when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Plus, they prefer and offer Coca-Cola products to their customers which makes them even more trustworthy in my book (lol). If I ever need repairs again (which I know I will) and they have room to squeeze me in, I will definitely bring my current and future cars there. They run a tight (experienced) ship and I always want to be a passenger. If you have the pleasure of working with them to fix your car, don't hesitate. They are an awesome team.They rock! Thank you so much California Collision Center. Please don't ever change.

From the moment I got into my car accident in early April the guys here at California Collision have been tremendously helpful. Not realizing they were closed on Sunday my car was towed there that day, and even though they were officially closed on that day that did not stop them from opening their doors to begin helping me with my situation.
Ted and Dee were the two I was able to be in communication with throughout the whole process and these guys were amazing with educating me on the process from start to finish and were able to give me updates on the repairs.
Communication was always open amongst both parties, updates were given frequently, and overall the repairs were exceptional.
10/10 customer service and response time, and 10/10 on repairs and condition of my vehicle.
Would recommend to any one of my friends or family members.

I was introduced to CA Collision via my insurance provider (Mercury) and was thrilled with the speed and quality of the service to fix our Chevy Tahoe. Ted and Mark were friendly and incredible to work with. The workmanship on a tricky bodywork job was incredible and you cannot tell anything has been done/repainted - it’s like new! To top things off, they detailed the car so when I get it back it was absolutely spotless. I asked them to give me 2 different quotes for other non-insurance claims and their pricing is very fair. They are a certified Chevy and Ford collision center and their work is guaranteed for life. I will NEVER go anywhere else if I need bodywork done on a vehicle ever again! These guys are the BEST!!!

If you're reading the reviews right now and wondering if this is a reputable collision place that will take care of you and your vehicle... IT MOST DEFINITELY IS and will SURPASS YOUR EXPECTATIONS! Ted and team took care of EVERYTHING for me from START TO FINISH. I even received my vehicle back - both interior (seriously, they vacuumed) and exterior (they washed and dried completely) CLEANER than when I dropped it off initially. Ted and his repair tech helped me fix the minor misalignment of the outer louver layer in the backside of my RAV-4. I had a little mishap in our garage.
Ted just shook my hand and said, free of charge! Awesome! Made my day today!

Ted and the team at CA Collision Center in Oceanside were absolutely incredible to work with. They made the process of getting my car fixed so seamless and efficient. Their customer service skills are top tier! They truly went above and beyond to make this the easiest experience. I will definitely be coming back here if I ever need a repair in the future.
