We just needed help getting a new phone. Maria didn't care. In fact she she did everything to prevent us from getting a new phone. Hiring people like Maria ruin businesses and people like Maria should be avoided on being hired like avoiding the plague. Hope fully this location moves onto better employees. If management wants to discuss this further I would love to speak with then.

The worst customer service EVER!!! I went there twice. The two girls there are very rude, and they don't know what they are doing. The worst is Melisa. She did not even know where to set up a SIM card and almost ruined my new Phone. She did not know how to find the IMIE from the phone. She wanted me to come back to my house to bring her the cellphone box, and she was yelling at me. Before I went to the store, I called customer service, and they told me and sent me a text message that I won't pay for the activation or the SIM because they were changing the network. She wanted me to pay for both. I went to the other boots mobile store for the 76, and the guy there was terrific. So I recommended driving a little more and avoiding the terrible people that work in this location.

Yes boost Mobile on mission is to secure prime area near other stores there's Arco there's McDonald's or Kentucky fried Chicken it's right off of the I-5 freeway it's a good place to go get cell phones they have some pretty good deals for seniors and the people that work there are real real friendly too

This is absolutely crazy and absolutely ridiculous I am so upset because I've had this hotspot device for 2 months that I have not been able to use because I relocated to Los Angeles but I bought this in Oceanside and at this location and when I call Boost Mobile because I can't use it because I don't know the password they say well we can't help you because you need to know the phone number to that device well I don't have the receipt with the phone number and so none of the other Boost Mobile's can help me besides this location and they say that I have to get in contact with this location will any time I freaking call this place they don't answer and it just goes to effects machine sounding voice mail it's not even a voicemail it's just that noise that plays when you're faxing something over there is no other number to this location and it's absolutely absurd that I have to consider now driving 3 hours away just to get in contact with this place I mean there should be a number to this location where someone answers the damn phone and resolves the problems that you have with the location but no instead I'm sitting here for 2 months straight not getting this problem resolved because nobody seems to answer this number ever and it's just so unprofessional to me

Bought a pair of ear buds. T9 brand. Paid 50 bucks for them. It took 12 hours for them to charge at 50 percent. Tried them on, and the left piece wasn't working.Went to the store to return them and I was told I couldn't get a refund. But the person at the counter offered me to replace them. Which I did.The new pair took 48 hours to charge at 70% capacity. And the ear buds wont pair up with my phone at all.So now I am out of 50 bucks. And I will not return to this store.
