My experience here at this furniture store d has been the best!! Excellent customer service from the time you into the door!! The owner is so knowledgeable and friendly, and cares about what you were looking for!! I would recommend this business to anyone that is looking for beautiful furniture for your house!!!!!

They have very good customer service! Very friendly workers and efficient delivery, I bought a bed set (mattress and bedframe) not only did they deliver it the same day but they also set it up, when they were setting it up the workers had a good attitude and were friendly. I highly recommend them and will definitely go back for my furniture needs.

My partner & I were very excited to start buying furniture for our new home. After going to two different furniture stores we decided to stop by Best Mattress & Furniture Buys. I’m so glad we did!! The prices are very reasonable & they have a variety of options. Francisco was very accommodating and helpful & always had a smile on his face. You can tell by how he carries himself that he takes pride in what he does & he actually wants to help you. Thank you all so much !!!

I’ve spent about $6000 in the past two years in this store. I’m very friendly and a great customer. I have to say I do love my furniture. BUT they delivered a different set of nightstands, then what I ordered. I still love it but it’s different then what I ordered. I ordered a white sofa and it is beautiful EXCEPT there where holes at the seam in 4 of the pillows. Pretty clear, I’m sure they saw them and said nothing to me. I did call the very next day and they did not return my call. So that kinda sucks and not very professional. Which surprised me because they where super nice when I was shopping in their store.

This place is just alright but they do have a nice little selection of just about everything. The main reason why you want to shop here is because the prices are great. You really can't beat the prices here and they have delivery. Ok yeah this may not be Ashley's but for the price it's not bad. Customer service could be a lot better at least they could greet everyone that walks in.

If there was a 10+ star I would definitely give them that. Service is excellent, they have the patience to help you out. Understand what's important as a customer. Im in love with my set. They brought it in just on time. Set up and delivery was smooth. Great quality at an amazing price. Im in love with everything I bought.
