This was a 8 day nightmare. I was vacationing and my computer needed to be replaced. In transferring the date I could not open my files. It was trip after trip to their store to sort things out and in their minds and communication to me I was always at fault. This was the worst experience possible

I only went here to buy some RCA connectors for my dvd to watch movies. There's hardly any workers on the floor to assist you in finding products. I had to find it myself. The cashier was nice.

I had bought a Samsung galaxy watch 4 series open box that was suppose to have black straps , it came with pink ones so when I tried to return the watch they denied me because the watch didn't match the model and color of the label so not only did they add the wrong item to the box I cant even return for a refund because it doesn't match so now im stuck with a watch that I don't want and the girl that was helping was telling me why didnt I open the box rite there instead of waiting till I got home

I found a TV that was marked downupon asking for somebody that works on the floor to help me out and that I wanted to purchase the TV. The employee noticed that one his colleagues messed up on the pricing, It was kind of hard for any individual that doesn’t work there to change it, they
would’ve needed a ladder! I asked him if he could honor the price that it was posted for and he said he could not, Best Buy sucks for that! What happened to valuing the customer and honoring the price that you or one of your team members marked on your products?…

The quality of the service is alright, but it is pretty slow. I had to wait 10 minutes just to get someone to help me buy a pair of headphones I had my eyes on at a time with low traffic
