By far the worst bank i have ever came across.. took 5 months to unflag an account we have and on top of that the bank tellers are completely useless they have no clue whats going on and always hand us to corporate. With the little time we have they make it impossible to reach OUR FUNDS which is over 6 figures... We will see you in court for and be prepared to lose and pay for compensation of our time being taken advantaged of and for us having to borrow money from other people to pay bills.

Paulina doesn’t respect businesses clients window, there is a specific dedicated window for customers but she refused to follow those rules.

Been here multiple times because it is the closet BOFA to me and I just have a hard time believing that the people who work here are so bad at their jobs (i keep thinking that they are just having a bad day). Idk if it's that they have no clue what they are doing, but every time I go here they have absolutely no clue about anything and then talk in circles not making sense. I tried to get my name added to a savings account and after 3 attempts at this bank, I closed the account and opened up a chase account but ohhh goodness nothing in life should be this bad consistently. Honestly they should shut down this branch and start over. The people of Oceanside are disappointed.

Horrible service. Great example on why banks are closing and are not needed anymore. They want the customers to do everything themselves. Absolutely no help. As I stood in line an they turned people away and referred them to the app. The tellers are useless do not want to do any work themselves which is what they get paid for.

I see a lot of negative reviews but that has not been my experience. Every time I go in there the staff is helpful and they do their best to solve my problem. If they don’t know the answer to something they refer me to someone who does.

This bank is a joke, I've been with them for almost 20 years and they won't cash checks all of a sudden. Even when you need cash the day of you have to wait... the staff is friendly but their policies constantly change, its so frustrating that we don't have day of access to OUR OWN MONEY!!

I asked the teller (who was wearing a mask even though she was completely behind a plexiglass wall - making it even harder to hear her) if I could bring in some bags of coins to convert into cash, and she said that because of issues they've had with that in the past, they now request for us to wrap or roll them ourselves first.I did this at Chase Bank a few years ago and I literally just gave a bag of coins to the teller, she sorted them in a machine, then handed me paper cash. Easy peasy and took like 5 min.Luckily I still have an account with Chase, so hopefully they are still customer friendly. BofA is really skating on thin ice.

Coin shortage only at this branch shamefully management do not care I'm a 40 or more years customer and holding 4 account I could only get 20 dollars in quarters some things are not right one of the biggest bank in America what a shame I guess it's time to go where customers are valued not in this branch

You will get charged for overdraft fees whether they cover your change or not. Way way illegal,band that's why bank of America had a 30 plus million dollar class action suit

I feel like they do not want business the managers are very stuck up , entitled and rude . they will have a line a mile long every day and wonder why .well let me help you fools ... Employ more than 1 teller or maybe have the other 6 lazy employees that are standing around staring at you with their better than you attitudes do something . why even have them there just get a damn cardboard cut out of a grumpy lazy employee same thing

They have the ATM locked up However they have a sign that says ATM are available 24hr and they have a slot where you can insert your bank card or bank credit card and when light turns green door should open. NO SUCH THING!!!!! Waist of time

I had the opportunity to work with Gabriela aka Gabby. She was very helpful as I went to the wrong branch despite having an appointment. She was able to assist and not give me the run around. A great asset to the organization. I will also visit this BOFA despite it being out of the way.
