Go see Josh at this Autozone! He was not only incredibly helpful but also so kind. He installed the new battery for me (in the dark) and actually had to install a second one because the first one was faulty. He did this all with a smile on his face. He went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful for his help and great attitude about everything! Thank you Josh!!

I like to buy what I need for my car at Autozone but I don't like the staff they usually have at all, they lack preparation, they are slow, lazy and unfriendly.The only worker who meets the requirements is MARCO SUSTAITA from the Mission location across from Los Piratas Oceanside Highschool.Please Autozone! Invest in the training of your staff.

Stopped in this morning (A Sunday!) to buy a battery. In the store for about 6 minutes. Battery installed in 5! Great staff! Great service from Manny! Thank you Manny & Auto Zone!

Fabulous customer service! I came in (61 year old woman) after my car had not started getting gas. I believe it was Joshua that helped test my battery and then replaced it for me. He was so kind and helpful throughout the process. I left there feeling assured I was safe to drive home and my car was back in running condition.

I was with my parents to get a part for the car at around 2:30pm and employee named Eladio Luis was very helpful, kind, and very nice to us and even came outside to help put in the parts we needed to add to our car. Everyone in AUTOZONE in Mission Ave was very helpful as well! Would recommend Eladio Luis to help and for answers as well!

Horrendous service, the employees (with a few exceptions) know nothing and don’t care at all. Their online system is awful as well, I order something and it says they have it in stock, I show up and they don’t have it and no one knows why. Used to be a great store, they’re awful now. Go to O’Reilly.

Wrong Picture of their store. Yet another scammer tester. DO NOT GET YOUR BATTERY OR ALTERNATOR TESTED AT AUTOZONE. Their testers are broken and will tell you, you need an alternator when you don't. Today it wouldn't even test my battery properly when I had a perfectly good pottery. There's no reason why only AutoZone's testers are saying I have a bad alternator. This particular location said I had a bad battery. Why did the other AutoZone's test my battery as good then? I have went to several other auto shops and gotten the proper test as a smooth running charging system. Because of AutoZone I lost over $1,500 of wages and their customer service is a mockery! Nobody at the regional office or corporate seems to care about the situation or horrible experience I went through. All of their customer service reps are non English speakers and this company is just overall garbage. There are so many better auto parts stores out there. AutoZone is a complete crook of a company.

Skye gave me the incorrect bulb, even after telling her the proper make and model. Asked her if she could help me replace bulb. She said she didn’t know how which is fine, but then she asked the manager Aaron W. He went over to take a look and said it was too tight and needed a “special tool “ to remove. Overall poor customer service. This place needs knowledgeable staff asap.
