Sandra went above and beyond to get me sorted with a replacement part under what was proving to be quite an unusual circumstance. I had gone to 2 different locations prior and they both gave me the impression that there was nothing they wanted to do in order to figure the situation out. But Sandra openly accepted the challenge by getting in touch with the appropriate supervisors in order to get my vehicle back on the road ASAP. She did this while handling a store full of customers, who all left with smiles btw. Thank you again, Sandra. I appreciate your dedication and ability to problem solve! Also, shout out to the gentlemen who answered my call as I was heading over. You explained the situation perfectly to your other team members for the layup!

Highly recommend this location! Julian Q went above and beyond for me and I can't thank him enough. He was very knowledgable and even took the time to teach/show me what the issue was.
I was very stressed thinking I was about to break down in the middle of nowhere, but Julian's kind and positive attitude turned my night around. THANK YOU!

To whomever hired the customer service professional(manager), Morgan, good job. My wife recently had an issue with her car while i was out of town. She visted this particular store because it was near her work. My wife was was worried she wouldnt understand what to do or how to do. Apparently the car was intermittently having issues. Rebecka, my wife, explained symptoms and rebecka diagnosed the car as faulty battery. Miss Morgan chose appropriate battery and replaced it for her. My wifes car hasnt had a problem since. The manager saved my wife a trip to a mechanic and the $150 to $250 for mechanics diagnosis. The money my wife saved more than payed for the battery.we really appreciate Morgan's assistance.
We will definitely shop this store again even though its a couple miles further from our home.

I accidentally put anti freeze in my windshield wiper fluid LOL (yes I am dumb) , Julian and very nice and helped me drain it from my car. When I say helped, he literally did it himself because I had no idea what I was doing. He literally went out of his way to help me and I’ve never had that before. He was very professional, knowledgeable and seemed to really care about helping me fix my car!

I needed to replace my headlight bulb and stopped by AutoZone, where I had the pleasure of working with Julian Q. He not only helped me choose the right bulb but also went above and beyond by installing it for me, which wasn't an easy task. Even with a steady stream of customers, Julian offered to help them out first so he could focus on my installation afterward. I was genuinely impressed by his willingness to provide such exceptional service—he wasn’t just trying to sell me a bulb; he truly cared about helping. You don't often encounter customer service like what Julian provided. Thank you so much!

Sandra was awesome. We were struggling through needing bolts to lock down at battery bracket. We had a shared off bolt and couldn’t find a replacement. We worked through several options; finally found one and she did the work too install and lock down battery. Excellent service.
