“I am beyond grateful for the wonderful team at California Collision Center. My car is repaired, looks great, and they even cleaned my headlights (which I attempted on my own and failed) plus washed the vehicle and vacuumed my floor mats which this mom loves (thank you!). Every time I spoke with Ted, he was cordial, understanding, and always accommodating. I was never worried while my car was there that something might go amiss. He kept me updated on their progress and even offered to take my rental car back for me when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Plus, they prefer and offer Coca-Cola products to their customers which makes them even more trustworthy in my book (lol). If I ever need repairs again (which I know I will) and they have room to squeeze me in, I will definitely bring my current and future cars there. They run a tight (experienced) ship and I always want to be a passenger. If you have the pleasure of working with them to fix your car, don't hesitate. They are an awesome team.They rock! Julian helped me jump the car so the back hatch would open and even spent a very detailed amount of time swapping the batter that was 8 years old out. “Tony's is great. Tony and Alex are fantastic to work with. UNfortunately we've needed them 3 times now, but FORtunately they are who they are and do the work that they do and our car is probably better because of it. Aside from doing great work on my car, they're lovely people who are amazing with communication and go the extra mile when they can. And they dealt with my insurance so I didn't have to. Bonus. Honest and fair pricing also with full transparency. No one wants to be in the position to leave their car at the shop, but if you have to, these are the people you want to leave it with. “Absolutely amazing service. Jeff got my driveshaft all squared away. They did a fantastic job. They know what they are doing. The driveshaft is smooth as butter going down the road, no humming noise of any kind from the driveshaft. Just my tires haha. Definitely feels a little peppy with the 3 piece driveshaft over what was stock 5 piece.If I do decide to go with a gear change, I just need to save money before I can jump into that if so.Couldn't be any happier and highly recommended. “I called before coming there to inquire about testing my battery. I spoke with Jason and he gave me all the information that I needed. When I arrived, Jason tested my battery and it was definitely time to replace it. Jason helped me find the best battery. Unfortunately they didn't have the battery fit for my car, but he went the extra mile and called another location to see if they had it. I was able to purchase it there and pick it up at the other location. From the very beginning, Jason was so helpful and he had great energy. The staff made me feel welcome, which is rare these days. In their waiting room, even their shop staff that walked by seemed genuinely interested in helping us. Our estimate/discussion with Robert was nothing short of spectacular. We particularly enjoyed briefly hearing about his career background. When we together made a diagnosis of the best way to proceed, he was even kind enough to have his shop manager (Alberto - what a lovely "gentle giant") come out and help explain the best next steps. My immediate family owns 2 Teslas, a Rivian and our extended family owns an additional 2 Teslas and several rare exotics. We have found our new go-to body shop.”
