“I am beyond grateful for the wonderful team at California Collision Center. My car is repaired, looks great, and they even cleaned my headlights (which I attempted on my own and failed) plus washed the vehicle and vacuumed my floor mats which this mom loves (thank you!). Every time I spoke with Ted, he was cordial, understanding, and always accommodating. I was never worried while my car was there that something might go amiss. He kept me updated on their progress and even offered to take my rental car back for me when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Plus, they prefer and offer Coca-Cola products to their customers which makes them even more trustworthy in my book (lol). If I ever need repairs again (which I know I will) and they have room to squeeze me in, I will definitely bring my current and future cars there. They run a tight (experienced) ship and I always want to be a passenger. If you have the pleasure of working with them to fix your car, don't hesitate. They are an awesome team.They rock! “Sandra went above and beyond to get me sorted with a replacement part under what was proving to be quite an unusual circumstance. I had gone to 2 different locations prior and they both gave me the impression that there was nothing they wanted to do in order to figure the situation out. But Sandra openly accepted the challenge by getting in touch with the appropriate supervisors in order to get my vehicle back on the road ASAP. She did this while handling a store full of customers, who all left with smiles btw. Thank you again, Sandra. I appreciate your dedication and ability to problem solve! Lifetime warrantee makes any additional issues that arise a breeze with no additional fees. It may take 3 or 4 returns to completely fix your ride but just bear with the process. No shop is perfect, however this Caliber Collision shop was excellent. I highly recommend it.”

“I called before coming there to inquire about testing my battery. I spoke with Jason and he gave me all the information that I needed. When I arrived, Jason tested my battery and it was definitely time to replace it. Jason helped me find the best battery. Unfortunately they didn't have the battery fit for my car, but he went the extra mile and called another location to see if they had it. I was able to purchase it there and pick it up at the other location. From the very beginning, Jason was so helpful and he had great energy. The staff made me feel welcome, which is rare these days. From the start, Jr. was incredibly professional. He sent me pictures of previous cars he had worked on, which gave me confidence in his skills. He answered all my questions in detail and walked me through the entire process. What really stood out was his attention to detail and communication. “I wish I could give them more stars. As a business owner when I'm looking to purchase a product I would like for someone to explain the product I'm going to buy and also to give me options. Sometimes you don't even know how to explain what you want or what you are looking for. I went to Adrian Steele on convoy because that's who I used to use to set up all of my vans but now that I have pickups I'm trying to set them up professionally. I went there and tried to explain what I was needing and everything I tried to say something they said no right away. They were not helpful and I did not like the way I was treated. Owning a plumbing company I like to explain options and warranties to my customers. I was about to go home but I decided to check one more place and we found G&W on Google. We drove 30 miles from my house and we got to the store and we met a gentleman named Tim. I told him what I needed and I noticed he payed attention to what I was saying and looking for. He gave me several options and a couple of estimates on the spot and even explained everything little by little. That made me feel important not just a random person who walks through the door. Definitely will be coming back. I'm coming back next week and will probably do business. When you are looking for a product and are looking for the proper customer service you should come to this place. Thank you very much Tim for your time I definitely recommend you”
“Kelly Childress had to be the best customer service specialist of any auto repair service nationwide. I’d arrived late from a flight and took the train into Oceanside. Uber was slow. Kelly actually drove to pick me up so I could have my car that evening. Never in my life have I seen anyone take customer service to that level and I’ve been in the service industry 38 years. “My experience with Chris's team was fantastic start to finish. I called and left a message and got a call back within 10 mins. I was then given an appointment for an estimate (Rivian R1T - not an easy vehicle to work with) on the same day. In their waiting room, even their shop staff that walked by seemed genuinely interested in helping us. Our estimate/discussion with Robert was nothing short of spectacular. We particularly enjoyed briefly hearing about his career background. When we together made a diagnosis of the best way to proceed, he was even kind enough to have his shop manager (Alberto - what a lovely "gentle giant") come out and help explain the best next steps. My immediate family owns 2 Teslas, a Rivian and our extended family owns an additional 2 Teslas and several rare exotics. We have found our new go-to body shop.”
