Do not get the fiber internet around here. It’s terrible and the support from AT&T is even worse.Oh and the district manager did not respond either. Useless.

Astrid and Dereck were so warm, kind and helpful.They greeted me quickly, despite being busy with other customers, set appropriate expectations, accepted my phone trade in, and got me in and out of the store in no time without feeling rushed at all.It’s a rare thing to feel like you got in and out of a cell phone store without feeling like you’ve signed your soul over to the devil, and the receipts are about to haunt your next months bill.These good humans delivered just what I was looking for - an honest and quick interaction. Thanks for raising the bar!

To the overall district manager I want to report your store manger Jerome is very unprofessional and has no customer service, when a customer walks in you normally greet them, no one in the store greeted us it felt unwelcoming, the issue we had is when the store manager Jerome says “ I hate doing exchange” as a customer do you think I want hear that! To add to another issue, Jerome some how deleted my number and promo on my account, and when Jerome stated he figured it out, Jerome ended up doing was installing a new phone purchase in my account which ended up charging me more on my monthly bill, I was so upset at this point and verbally told Jerome I had to leave to pick my child up at day care and kept disregarding me, so I left. I’m reporting this because this is shameful and disrespectful.

DERRICK DESERVES A LARGE RAISE!!!! He helped me activate my new phone and even stayed after hours to make sure everything was working great. I really appreciate his dedication to detail and customer service. Thank you so much DERRICK!

My phone was having SIM failure issues so I visited this AT&T Store. I was helped right away and my phone issues were resolved. The staff at this store are very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm glad I picked this store to resolve my issues.

On Sunday they close at 6PM and it even says on ATT website, the door, and google maps. I show up and it's locked and no one inside at 5:25PM I got here, I recorded a video for proof at 5:30PM.
