No bathroom. Both are out of service. No attempt to fix no signs. Was told to use the Carl's Jr bathroom by manager. Dude please fix the restroom for your customers.

The service is terrible, Sam the manager whom claim to be the owner is very rude and disrespectful with customers, he won’t even greet or look at u you while talking.

If I could give -5 stars I would!!! I had the most horrible experience with their car wash service in my life! A week ago I went there since it's the closest car wash to my house, the machine stopped working after 2 seconds, I went inside and he gave me a free wash, so I went to the washer again and now it stopped just when it needs an air to dry, so I left with the bad spots all over my black car. Well in a few days I gave it a try again! The machine stopped just like the last time so I went inside and the guy gave me a free wash so I went to wash the car again and now it stopped just after the soap was dispensed!!! I left to find another car wash around, my car looked terrible since it's black and it was covered in heavy multi color soap! People looked at me like I'm a crazy person! Wow!!! It was hard to remove this soap film since the car was already dry:(

Sometimes I forget about this little jewel. Tucked in the corner with a busy carwash the selection of beverages, in house food is fresh and available. They have fresh mad cookies. Oh boy!

Unaware if address of this Bldg. is accurate as online sources result in different variables. However, this morning was the last shopping experience in this location. Not sure if my funds were not warranted or wanted but the on duty clerk proceeded to visually quibble myself while purchasing goods. Afterwards, an additional employee joined him and they gossiped at the register in place of taking my order or completing the transaction. My bank will be hearing about this...

Unfortunately I'm not a fan of this place anymore. I used to much prefer over it's competitor Shell across the street, takes more forms of payment much better selection of food and drinks offers a carwash, and logistically in and out you can go any directions rather than only one direction as the Shell lot does.BUT, THE STAFF inappropriate and unprofessional, not only have they made clerical errors- wrong change wrong product wrong tender transactions and shrug their shoulders. And unwilling to fix they are in the phone and their attention else where. The deal breaker- one female employee had asked me about my boyfriend she knew I had lived with in the neighborhood, she would give him money rides and invites right under my nose during with hours and otherwise, disgusted with never of people. Unfortunately she represents the FACE OF AM/PM TO ME- NO MORALS NO ETHICS. WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE

Lady at the front was disrespectful. Always on her phone. Never doing anything. I went inside and bought 2 drinks and got gas and I asked her to use the bathroom and she says no. I tried to ask her why and she said I'm not a customer. Well I'm sorry your too busy on your phone to remember me. Worst customer service ever. Never coming back.
