Myles Mendoza I bought 2 vehicles from anytime 2 buy.. the 1st was a mitsubishi outlander sport awd. with the elite extended warranty 3 yrs. this car had tranny issues.. the salesman thought I was stupid.. driving all hard on the car..blahh this and blahh that I'am 42 yr old man did this thing in my younger years. I got into a car accident and was left without a car.. I almost bought 1 car from dealer but I don't like shopping on impulse.I went back 2 anytime 2 buy for the 2nd time to buy a truck.. my girl didn't want to me to go back because of the issues with the 1st car.I got a truck paid cash with both vehicles road off into the sunset.I was driven home from o-side to downtown ,sd the check engine light came on ,while the gas cap lite was already on.. cool called Jon and he asked for me to bring the truck back.. I had it towed and was without a vehicle to go to work ,dropped off on Mon and picked up on Fri ,I had order 2 side mirror to replace the broken 1 on passenger side .replacing both side mirror I smelled a fowl odor... was not sure what the smell was but when I removed the plastic panels I found the fowl odor.. some1 pissed in my truck side cup holders on door,which the cup holders are made of silicone so the piss absorbed in the silicone . I called jon about it.. he denied everything... well when I drove the truck home the day i bought it it didnt smell .. and the truck was used. all I know is that when I got the truck back the fowl odor and I had to soak the cup holder in vinegar,bleach with ammonia the smell came out..I then asked about the cancellation of the warranty on the mitsubishi outlander I called about the Elite warranty and was dicked around with Jons employees,I had to speak to Gary loveless to prorate the value of contract .The contract was 1295 and I was suppose to get back 1010.05 I was sent an Email from Gary with the amount Jon wasn't aware of this ..Jon sent me a check for 594.43,I wonder how did he figure this amount out to send to me ..!. ? You don't have to be a smart guy to figure this out.. what was go down !.. The only thing I had to help support me was a Email from Gary with the amount owed to me from both elite and anytime to buy auto.ohhh and jon aske me to take down the bad review on google .. nah man ... people need to hear the truth..

Honestly I knew better than to come to a used car lot but was in dire need of a truck quick so decided to spring for it. The lady who answers the phone (Marissa...or something) is completely unknowledgeable and very rude. I paid cash for my truck and the owner had the audacity to tell me he gave me a good deal. I just spent roughly $2k in repairs because the rack and pinion was shot and needed to be replaced, rotors were warped. Not to mention the control arms, bushings, ball joints, and tie rod ends were fucked as well. Also, apparently using any sort of curse word gets their panties in a bunch. People are too damn sensitive. My BIGGEST issue is that the goddamn check engine light came on and they're dragging their feet to fix it. I was told they'd take care of it. I went in a week ago when they told me they'd have to order the part. I called back today and the lady told me, "I don't know". Well you should know it's your damn job. She was two hours late the day I bought my truck as well, surprising she still has a job. I got the pink slip in the mail and I have to renew registration in October. She told me the car was already smogged. Well no shit, but if the check engine light is on then clearly it wouldn't pass smog, which implies a hot smog was done. I really don't want to file a complaint with DMV or the Fair Business Bureau, much less lawyer up but will if it comes down to it. I don't appreciate this issue being pushed to the back burner much less the incompetent woman who doesn't seem to be able to do her job right. $2k just to make my truck drivable so I don't get into a terrible accident? Just wow

Don't buy from here. I should have read the google reviews before purchasing here and that was my mistake. We were sold a truck that doesn't work and now we're stuck with it. We still don't know what's wrong with it but at this point it seems like the truck is no good. I'm really disappointed that there are still dealerships that are ripping off hard working people. We needed this truck to better our situation and now we just have another problem to worry about. It was our choice to pick this place to do business with and that was our mistake. I do encourage the owner and sales associates to work toward being an honest dealership instead of reselling garbage vehicles. Over time this won't be good for business and no one will want to do business here. I'm letting everyone we know to not use this dealership which is unfortunate because we did have friends ask us about any recommendations recently. We let them know to stay far away from this place and its associates.

I bought a truck from the dealership a few days ago. Drove it around for a little bit and some issues became apparent. I called them and the owner personally sent it to his mechanic to get it fixed in a very timely manner. I would recommend this dealership for anybody they are really fair on their prices. I’m so happy with my new truck. They have a great selection and over two lots worth of vehicles to choose from. Thank yall so much

The sales people are very nice. They do try and help but if they can't get you approved they don't tell you. In turn they ghost you. I called today after a salesperson told me they would definitely call me last Saturday after sitting there for an hour or so. It's not their fault they couldn't get me approved but they could have at least called, texted, or emailed back. When I did call the lady just said they sold the car and hung up on me. I tried calling back 3x but it then just went to voice-mail. My mind says she was screening the call, but my heart says she was busy. Just beware of this place. Cars are neat but you get what you pay for. Everyone I looked at had an issue but I was desperate and probably would have accepted the outcome if I got approved. Just visit and make your own call. That is all.

If I could give zero stars I would give none this place they have the worst customer service If you call in and think you are in good communication think again John will make sure you have a pleasant conversation and make you feel very disappointed has zero self respect,,, I recently purchased 2 trucks and to think he will have some sympathy about our business there with them one of the trucks started having problems since I drove off the lot called him about it he will try to tell you other stories instead of focusing on the problem he goes around the problem they pretty much wash their hands now the other truck is have oil leaking problems and they just won’t deal with it I would recommend strongly before making business here you’ll be in deep problems with them just my experience

Today was a special day since we have looked for a pick up, we have gone to 6 dealers and either they have sold out or flat out the customer service has been terrible I know that nothing is free but it is not for them to treat you so badly well on the day of Today we went to Anytime 2 Buy Auto LLC IN Oceanside since we arrived Liz we had already spoken on the phone I sent her the information I needed and when we arrived everything was fast and we drove our beautiful, cheap, low mileage, beautiful wide variety of cars, pickups etc. . We also met the owner Jim great person of the dealers and the great lady Marissa T. Ask about her since she is the one who makes almost the last decision but she is great and the next person helped us for all the documentation Mr. Kevin L. a team of very attentive, efficient people and they helped us a lot with low payments, low down payment, guarantee and very fast and efficient service, thank you very much, congratulations, keep it up, congratulations!!!!!!!!

I bought a 2001 Dodge Durango & traded my 2005 Lexus ES330. I dealt with Frank, Mark, & John during this deal & they were very professional & treated myself & Mom very nicely. I have had the vehicle for about a week or 2 & found a few issues. I have had to replace the left motor mount, the tail pipe from the muffler back because someone had drilled a bunch of holes in it, the 2 rear tires because they had tread separation, & I took it back to let their mechanic replace front rotors & pads & on the way home the front brakes applied but would release. When I noticed the problem there was smoke coming from under the wheel wells. Lucky for me the vehicle didn’t catch fire. Called John & he wanted me to tow it back to to them from Poway which would cost me at least $200 for the tow ,to have his mechanic work on it again & I said I wouldn’t let his mechanic touch my car again after this brake job he did almost cost me my vehicle & possibly my life.Okay I will say this no one forced me to buy the vehicle but there is a thing called a safety check that all dealers are suppose to do & the exhaust pipe, tires, & brakes are definitely a safety item so that being said I would not recommend this dealership. If you do decide to buy from them take the vehicle you are interested in to a real qualified mechanic to have it completely looked over before buying cause they are very shady at Anytime 2 buy Auto

HORRENDOUS customer service. Salespeople are an absolute joke. I work for a dealership as well, and I called to purchase a vehicle that they had at FULL ASKING PRICE, and the salesperson said, "the owner of the company would be able to decide whether or not he can do that..." and I'm like, "what's there to decide? I'm willing to buy it at what you're asking for it..." - and he's like, "yeah, but I don't know if he wants to do that." I then proceed to ask, ok, can I speak with him? And he says, "nahhh, he's on vacation and won't be back until the 9th. Besides, he probably won't do it because he loves that truck." --- the most WEIRDEST, and most AKWARD conversation that I have EVER had with a car dealership. I suspect the salesman did that because he probably wouldn't get paid by his company on a wholesale deal? I have no clue and quite frankly don't care at this point, I'd never deal with this circus. Hope the owner sees this and realizes what is going on behind his back.

My Family and I purchased a Volkswagen Routan a few weeks back and we love the car so much. It's exactly what we were looking for to have more space for our growing family. We did have an issue with a sensor and the front headlight a few days after purchasing the van, but we brought the van back to John and he took care of the problems without any issues. They have a great selection of used vehicles that are in great condition and well worth the prices. I recommend to check them out if your looking for a quality used car. I bought a car from here that I absolutely love! I was having some troubles at first with the car and it needed some work done. Marissa took it to a shop and John offered to pay for the work that was needed to be done I didn’t pay anything out of pocket. Very generous of them. Marissa is the best!
