I walked to the ARCO AM PM about a month ago. It was very late almost 11pm cause the local stores were closed. The only thing open was THE ARCO AM PM where I met Robert. I was in awe and appreciative of Robert's help and assistance to not only take my purchase but Robert was very attentive to my presence and needs. The need were Robert's watchful eyes and ears due to the late night homeless people who seemed to be stoking me asking for money or help that I couldn't give. I also decided to take a cab back home and for the safety of my life. Robert let me use the bathroom the telephone and whatever I needed while he also attended to the homeless people who seemed to rely on and appreciate Robert not judging them hence being also a great assistance to them without reservation nor fear whatsoever. I was not only impressed with Robert but was touched at Robert's ability to be a fearless late night warrior who did his job one handedly and professionalism towards everyone, in our public-at-large Thanks SOOO much Robert Gage. I know this has taken ages but health complications prevented me from YELPING FOR YOU ALL THIS TIME. I've been sooo bothered cause our Word sometimes is worth more than the dollar bill. Sincerely

When I was looking for something to eat after work this was the closest to a fast bite to eat. I love the corn dogs and hamburgers, plus you can get a little side of chili and cheese to go with it. The drinks is it a pretty good price to getting even in double XL large cup which is worse better than what 7-Eleven gives you. I do also like the band name snacks they have a good variety and flavor.

This review is specifically about the "new" car wash, a PSA if you will. If you are looking for a quick and easy wash, this is not the place for you. It takes FOREVER if there are people ahead of you. I spent almost an hour sitting in my car waiting to get my car washed (4 cars ahead of me), and once you are in line there is no getting out if someone gets in line behind you. Just saying.

Why can't paying customers use the bathroom?! I can use the restroom in other stores and restaurants. If outdoors need no more mask, why can't anyone use the restroom with a mask? Can you sanitize bathrooms or should we go some where else for gas?

I have never seen any store steal money as egregiously as this one did. I purchased a few items. Stepped away from the register and realized they charged me $2 too much. Stepped back and went to the end of the line. A minute or two later I told them what happened. They refused to look at the receipt which clearly showed they charged me for the wrong item. The clerk's name is Divine and there was some guy there too who also refused to look. Divine lied and said I had left the store. They could have just refunded the items. The could have looked at the receipt and done some elementary school math or used their calculator. They could have looked at the price and the item still in my hand that they had sold me a minute earlier. Nope. They refused to do anything. I have been a loyal customer of Arco for 27 of the last 31 years and then they do this. All that just to steal $2. Unbelievable. This Arco outright steals money from its customers. It reflects badly on all Arcos.

I purchased an egregiously taxed nicotine device for almost $20 here last Friday. I left the establishment and opened the puff bar once I got home (an 18 minute drive away) only to discover that it was already completely dead and useless upon purchase despite being BRAND NEW. I called the store immediately and spoke to the kindest and most empathetic employee ever, Matthew. He suggested I return to the store and try to catch the manager, Jennifer, in order to receive a refund or an exchange for a non-defective product. Seemed totally respectable and reasonable enough; I drove the 18 minutes back again on Sunday and she was not there--she was also not in the store on Friday either. Matthew was working again and recalled my purchase and the phone call I made ; he texted Jennifer about the issue right away. She lazily responded by pushing the responsibility back onto me (the hard-earned paying customer) to use the insignificant scratch off code on the back of the device box to contact the actual assembly manufacturer for help. I stepped into my car and did just that... the website has no contact info whatsoever and simply serves to validate that the device is INDEED an authentic one (as there are evidently many fake ones on the market). I returned into the store and showed evidence to Matthew that I attempted to contact the manufacturer and it was a f****** dead end. Matthew relayed this info to the manager via text and despite all of this effort she again insisted that it was "not possible to complete an exchange or to receive a refund." My request was totally within the normal bounds of transaction integrity. Taking my money and not providing the service.... IS CALLED STEALING! I WILL NOW BE CALLING THE CORPORATE ARCO AMPM Company and making a formal complaint against Jennifer for selling defective e-merchandise, obviously not knowing enough about the inventory she supposedly manages, and being flat out too lazy and unbothered to assist a customer with a legitimate service request. Never come here! Except for Matthew.... Matthew was the best! The one star I'm giving is for him ONLY. So helpful, attentive, and solution-focused. Such a nice guy!

Been going there for 14 years - yesterday I walked in, sign at cashier read "please remain 6 feet back". On the floor was a 6 ft marker. I got my items and went to the 6 foot marker and the cashier said "come on man, don't play, I'm not in the mood". Shocked, I had to explain to the EMPLOYEE his own sign and that I was just following the businesses guidelines that THEY set in place. He became more verbal, so I set my items on the counter and said "I will take my business somewhere else" and walked out. I will never buy anything there, including gas, ever again. If management can't train employees the correct way to talk to the public, then they will not get my business. Remember, our buying pays their wages.

The wife and I went to 6 different gas stations trying to find a coke slurpee and this was the only place we could find one (that had one and wasn’t broken) Robert was a friendly cashier/great customer service we will be back!

Lots of gas pumps, solid convenience store but the car wash is so slow. There are quicker hand wash places than this slow machine wash.
