This location on Mission ( Oceanside CA) continues to allow panhandling, and lets vagrants sleep in front. Today, a lady begging for cash was physically blocking the shopping carts. In order to get a cart you have to step over and around her. One exception I didn't mind, was a few weeks ago a girl was playing an accordion out front and was asked to leave. At least she has talent. I gave her $5. I have talked to management at least 4 times and always see homeless sleeping out front while store is still open. So today, I complained to Manager MARISOL She said " Oh, I remember you. You yelled at me once about it" I told her I did not yell at her I was having a conversation. She again said " No You yelled at me" . So she lying too. I told her how weak she and other managers are there, they kick out a nice accordion girl people were actually stopping to watch and enjoy ,but are to afraid to do anything about the true vagrants. I have gravitated over to Stater Bros a block away. The Manager there told me they don't put up with that, and BTW, they are slightly less expensive. I did a price comparison. Additionally, they just remodeled. Stay away from Albertsons unless you want to be accosted and step in urine.

It's just not very clean, well organized, or well run. Long lines, garbage tech for the checkouts. It's a shame living close to this branch because it has been the worst example of an Albertsons for 20 years.

I have to give a HUGE shoutout Tony and Elijah. My mother left her phone at Albertsons, and when I took her back to find it, Tony and Elijah stepped up and immediately helped. The managers said a phone hadn't been returned, but neglected to actually check the lost and found drawer. After ten minutes of Tony and Elijah helping us search, Elijah finally asked for the keys to the lost and found and lo and behold, there it was! Thank you gentlemen for actually helping us out and helping my mother find her phone.

Located off the 76. With all the basics; no frills. Tip: it looks like there's two entrances but there's only one so don't accidentally park at the pseudo entrance to the left lol.

While normally the Fallbrook location would be my preferred method of shopping due to the self-check out setup. I'd began to shop at the Oceanside location more, until, I was approached by a musician of an unknown genre recommending me to contribute towards his career. This incident occurred within the last couple of months. While shopping last night, I was able to confirm the person. He his stricken my anxiety. When asked to represent the material originally displayed. For some reason, he requested my mobile device instead. This would not be a problem but I also noticed this individual randomly sitting behind myself on the NCTD transit in the following days. Please terminate or relocate this employee.

I do not normally yelp however I wanted to take a minute to say that this Albertsons always has the freshest fruit and veggies!! And the customer service is "old-school" ( just nice happy people) wanting to help and make sure you have the best shopping experience ever. I need to shop here more often because I am always very happy every time .

You know how the Ralph's commercials say everything there is fresh and the employees look through each section to make sure? Yeah they don't do that here. Last year (or was it the year before? Damn covid) I purchased fried onions. When I opened the can they had the most rancid smell. I looked at the container and it was a year expired! I called the store to let them know and the supervisor kurt argued with me and hung up on me. I have actually worked many retail jobs and I know there can be consequences for selling expired stuff. No good deed goes unpunished I guess. Of course it's the closest store so we went back. Shopped 4/25 and just pulled an item out of my pantry with a 4/19 date! Screw this store. One star for being cleaner than stater bros and for my pretty wedding cake

Want to say that I most often frequent the deli section and have always been happy with their service. This location tends to be a little less crowded than other stores and I've never waited more than. A few minutes to check out. My only complaint is about their Monopoly game since I never win anything I want and it generally wastes my time ripping them open only to be disappointed.

This post is solely about Dulce. She went above and beyond customer service and satisfaction. I would give 5 stars, and contemplated on only giving 3, however I ordered 6 lobster tails, was charged for 6, but only received 5 on Valentine's Day. Dulce delivered my missing lobster tail as well as a balloon and some flowers as an apology. I appreciate her so much and the willingness to achieve customer satisfaction, however, the process of determining whether or not I actually purchased 6 lobster tails was time consuming and extended my dinner plans. I am appreciative of her, but feel this could have been avoided having the meat department guy fully versed and trained in customer service.

So I go into the store to redeem my $10 paypal gift card, I normally don't shop there because they are so expensive, but $10 bucks is $10 bucks. So I take my items to the cash register, show them the gift card on my phone and I'm told I need to print it out, the manager comes up and tells me the same thing. Apparently Albertsons is still in the dark ages, we have to recycle bags, or get charged for a new one, but I have to print out the gift card which is identical to what I am showing on my phone and waste another tree. Fortunately they had plenty of staff standing around that were able to put my items back on the shelves. I sure they were disinfected first, because we can't take any chances with covid.

Louise did a great job decorating my daughters 25th bday cake. I requested a naked cake with succulents and maybe a flower. Provided her a photo of what I had in mind and this is the outcome. Beautiful, subtle, naked cake with succulents.

This post is overdue. Purchased four gift credit cards before the 4th of July. The young male clerk at checkout carelessly tore one of the gift cards to scan the barcode. I only noticed it after I paid. I requested to get another gift card as the one he ripped was not presentable. Rolling his eyes in exasperation, he said I could not do that. I pointed out my concern about the careless tear he had done to my gift card. Shrugging his shoulders, he dismissively said "You can complain to management if you want." ... really? That is really poor customer service. Thinking twice about shopping here again.
