I have been shopping at this store since it was built. The staff there have always been amazing and cutomer service orientated. This is the main reason I've chosen to continue to shop there instead of the Walmart across the street (who carries most of the same items plus more). The other day, I opted for cash back at the self check out and forgot to grab the cash immediately. I walked to the door, turned around to go back to get my cash and didn't see anyone else was around. When I reached the, the machine I had used; money was not there. The staff looked at the camera footage and said someone had taken the money. It was literally less than 30 sec. I was away from the machine. They refused to show me the footage, open a complaint, or replace the money stolen. I was told there was nothing they can do. Seriously? It wasn't even that much money, it was the principal that someone could just walk away with cash back and they could nothing, even with video??? I hope that small amount of money was worth the hundreds or even thousands of $$ I would have spent over the years to come because I will not be returning to any Albertsons, Ralphs, Vons or their affiliates again. There are plenty of other options to shop at.

If you are looking for a horrible experience then by all means go to the bakery at this Albertsons and order a cake. So bad and they do not listen or follow the request. Ordered a bright pink and green cake with whipped icing. This cake looks like someone threw up green alll over. Whole thing tastes like the regular icing.. that is how much piping is on this cake. If i wanted a green cake would have ordered it this way. When i pointed this out nicely they said oh well maybe next time. Im done.. at least most if the rude ones are gone.Update response to Albertsons: i let your awful bakery team know when I was there to get the cake that directions were not followed. They did not care and told me maybe next time. Your management has long been made aware of how your bakery conducts themselves and what they do. Nothing can be done bc you are a union. Im done shopping there as well. Money lost for Albertsons.

I went into the Albertson's Quarry Creek Sunday afternoon approximately 2:05. I waited 2 minutes before Lusa said she would be right with me. Trudy, the other person in the department was loading the chicken fryer. Lisa was slicing deli meat. I watched her slice at least 6 different meats. I was the only person waiting to be helped. Lusa never came to assist me. HORRIBLE customer service.

I like so many things about this store - shelves are generally well stocked, good beer selection, fresh produce, friendly checkers - but I finally felt compelled to write a review because of the bakery. I just got my husband's 40th birthday cake here and it was definitely comparable, probably even better, than some of the stand-alone bakeries in the area. They used fresh strawberries for the filling, frosting was not overly sweet and my request for "a beer glass" as the decoration exceeded what I was even envisioning. Oh, and the price was amazing for the quality. I got my older son's cake from here as well and I'm pretty sure all my future cake orders will be from here too. It's a hidden gem!

I am a frequent shopper here and have been sooooooo impressed with the quality of the cakes here. I have had special orders and they have been fabulous. I was recently referred her to have them do a boutineer and a corsage for my son and his girlfriend and then I had another corsage made for my daughter from her brother. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!! And...the price was fabulous. $25 for each corsage and $10 for the boutineer. So beyond impressed with how beautiful they turned out for that price. I will return for every single prom and dance for my kids. The florist was so so so nice to me as was the person who helped me pick them up after hours. A+ service from beginning to end.

After returning home from doing some light shopping at this location, 3 items. I discovered that I was over charged $12.99 for a can of wine spritzer. So I returned to the store, more in principle than anything else. I approach customer service, provided the receipt and the unopened beverage and explained to the employee about the overcharge. He told me that that 12.99 didn't seem unreasonable and he proceeded to argue with me. Finally he called the alcohol manager to do a price check. The alcohol manager looked at the receipt and argued that the 12.99 was for something else. Finally after going over the entire receipt of 3 items he agreed that I was probably overcharged. Finally he does a price check. The item was supposed to be $4.49. So we return to the front and he tells customer service to refund me $8.00. So basically I paid $4.99 for a 4.49 item. I was so over it by this point I didn't argue. Most any other store would have refunded the entire price. Albertsons pull your head out!

This Albertson's location is surprisingly impressive. Inside it is super clean and well-organized with a massive, well-stocked produce section. Honestly, everything here looked as high-quality as the produce at Sprouts or Whole Foods.In addition, their pharmacy is quite excellent and was a great place to get the COVID-19 vaccine and booster shots.

OMG! I am soooo impressed with their bakery! The ladies who assisted me were sweet and went above and beyond. The cake turned out perfectly, and tasted just as good!

Albertson's Oceanside is a clean and friendly neighborhood market and our one-stop store for our party shopping needs. The talented Albertson's Bakery created a delicious two-tiered chocolate birthday cake with a strawberry whipped cream filling. So yummy!
Manager Vince and Cashier Jon are friendly and helped correct a price error. Thank you Albertson's for helping us create a special birthday for our son.

This is the Albertsons I shop while we are in Carlsbad each summer. It's been updated, it's clean & easy to get in and out. They have everything you need. It's across the street from a huge Walmart so you can hit both stores if you need to. I'm not a Walmart shopper but I know some are... 6ft rule applies, you can't get in a check out line until the employee lets you know it's ok. Mask are required & hand sanitizer at the door. Employees are very friendly & efficient Plenty of parking.

The staff at this Albertsons is like family to me. This is the only store I shop at & drive 16 miles round-trip to get the best service & best quality meat, produce & groceries!
