The 7-11 by my home is way friendlier. The clerk, Steven, acts like you're interrupting or bothering him. I visited twice because i was waiting for a friend to get out of outpatient surgery. Both times he was inattentive and seemed annoyed by customers. I'll be skipping this one next time I'm in the area.

It's the place to stop by and slather the cold beverage afterwards you fork over the cash at the register then you walk yourself outbound and leave fairly soon

Rewards wasn’t working and the card was not either seem kind of fishy cause they took card for certain customers but only would take cash for others. Felt like they didn’t want you to use rewards so you can pay full price for items

Been here twice before going into work at tri city. I will avoid this location at all costs. The employees don't say a word to you, even when you talk to them or ask a question. They will just stare at you in a weird almost threatening way. Wouldn't even say a word when I was trying to be friendly. I just got awkward silence and death stares. It's happened both times with 2 different employees. I don't expect someone to be super chatty by no means. But at least say something! My total, hello, goodbye, here you go.. simple things. I literally said hi and got no answer. Just stood there when my transaction was complete and didn't even hand me my receipt or ask if I wanted it. Super weird. No thanks, I'll go elsewhere. I felt very uncomfortable sadly. I'll stop at the gas station for my morning drinks.

I don't think I want to shop at the 7-Eleven again. The cashier had the nerve to charge me for three Waters when I only got one. All I got was two pizzas but then he 2 extra pizzas, then rang my gushers and a water that's it . Then my total was 9.71 I said you charged me extra for some stuff he's like no I voided it. Then as soon as the transaction was over he didn't even want to bother to give me the receipt like he knew purposely what he was doing. Then I found out the truth when I looked at my statement on my phone.
