So I go in for a late cup of coffee, I really think I'm doing something, no way a cup of coffee is going to be more than my $2.20 right? WRONG $2.59 however the the nice clerk ask how much you got, I said $2.20 he says ok. Well when I get out to the car I get the .39 and give to him. I can't let him come up short on his drawer. I just ASSumed I had more than enough, welcome to Cali where a bag costs a dime lol.

Hello- I’m a Hon. Global Humanitarian Ambassador & health advocate.I’d like to share this 7-11 provides excellent sanitation with very efficient fast friendly customer service. The Mgmnt & staff are outstanding to say the least no matter what time or day of the week. I commemorate them all! They truly care about their patronage & will fix any problem with customer follow up if somethings not quite right.Did I mention the Expresso Machines hot/cold a delicious delight with all the flavors…Thank you!

The Store team and owner of this 7/11 are always very friendly and make one feel right at home. They have been doing great service for me over the last 10 years and I visit this store for coffee 4-6 times a week. Tom

This 7-eleven is racist. My husband went to apply there. They folded up his application and stuck it in their pocket right in front of him. Then when he went back to check to see if he could speak to the manager he was told that they don't hire Black people there. I refuse to shop at that store now and I hope other people will stop going there as well.

Guy with glasses is unbelievably rude and blatantly disrespectful to delivery drivers and customers alike. Other reviews state the same thing, man has gotta go.

A female employee at this location, previously employed at 41 Douglas Dr, Oceanside, CA. Confessed that a former colleague from the neighboring 7-11 sexually harassed her verbally stating "she needed to cooperate because I'm cool with the owner." While I've made several attempts to enter the 7-11 convenience store and searching for such 'owner', I've yet to locate this person. There are two husky individuals employed at this 7-11 location. The employee identified as Ron, usually works/accompanies this employee. Just three weeks ago I entered this location and this employee told me to take my money and go away. He stated " why make an attempt to purchase when you know you don't have any money to pay for anything."He then threw the money back and me and told me to get out. Hope Chevron has audio/video of the conversation that me and this employee engaged in. While I cannot recall her name. She had multiple tattoos.Hope to shop here soon again but without worries for my safety/security.

The old man working is very very rude and made me hurry to get my stuff when he was getting a delivery. These stores are made to handle this type of stuff by handling customers and taking in the delivery at the same time.

came in to get water because we were completely out & couldn't wait till tomorrow because we were THIRSTY. 7-11 is open 24 hours so we go. it's only midnight when we get there. the guy rudely shook his head no at my boyfriend when he walked up to the door. i then told him it was open 24 hours to which he walked up again & the guy said he couldn't let him get water because he was bringing in a shipment. that's not right, you should NEVER refuse service to a customer especially when your sign is 24hours. the guy then proceeded to say if he let him in to get water then more customers were gonna want to be let in as well, like what ?? do better if you're 24 hours you should have more help on shipment nights.

Don't ever order delivery from here, they never have the orders ready and drivers have to cancel the delivery. Wasting customers time, drivers time and their gas.

As an uber driver this is the #1 spot I try to avoid at all costs!! Service is the worse along with their employees!! I've never have any problems at 7-11 on Vandergrift or Mission Ave. Every single time I go and pick an order is ready..no matter how busy they are...but this one as soon as you walk in they ignore you..you ask for orders and they are never ready...they want you to pick items on orders yourself...yeah...absolutely Not! That is your job...when I pick up from restaurants I don't go into the kitchen to cook the food! Plain and simple common sense! I've also work in a RX for 17 years I know what customer service is all about! You need to get rid of your rotten employees!

The man that was working on 8/12/22 was beyond rude to me!! Whatever ever happened to being polite to customers I will never buy from this store again!
