Most of the time one guy is very friendly! Very sweet and helpful the other guy not so much. Gives me a hard time getting cash back of $5.

Racist store. My wife and i went in to buy drinks and we each got cash back, separate transactions separately cards, different banks. The employee, preet told us we cannot get cash back twice. I explained we were each only getting $10 cash back once. We just needed a total of $20 to do laundry. Frankly, when I went in, he also looked at me very judgementally. I did not understand. I do not know him, usually a different employee is there when i frequent your store. We are good people. I live close by and buy many items here, spending about $50 a week at your store. I will no longer patron your store with this type of treatment. We are nice Latino couple, my wife is a nurse and I am a college professor.

Rude customers, won't go there again. I drive by there all the time to other places of business, and I feel bad for the employees at 7-11 that they have such horrible people come in.... (from the trailer park down the hill? don't know, that's where the guy was going..). but I will not go to this store again.

For 4 years now I go in to get a coffee and lotto on debit...today no notice they want cash only ! Wtf! Oh and that's it I am not coming back F U 7-eleven! You f'ed up the meaning of convinance ! $#$@%

I was just at that store the store clerk tried to lie to me and tell me tax on a two dollar item was $.70 so I corrected him and he started yelling at me cussing at me refuse to sell me anything told me to leave the store I tried to call the police on that man needs to be fired and the 7-Eleven is shut down

There was a very large and tall white dude harassing 4 single women when pumping gas. He was begging for money while looking and walking around the cars. He said, "you have a servers book in there and I really need money. Come on, give me some money." He only asked the women. All four felt threatened and gave him money! What scum! This is hard times for all right now. Trash like this should not be a allowed to wonder around to intimidate anyone! I will be getting my gas elsewhere!

I usually have an ok experience when I visit this location. I have lived in this area for almost 5 years and each time is the same. However, today, was something different. I had purchased multiple gift cards in the month of December while using my debit card with no issue. Today they refused and said that cash only for gift cards, I asked why and the cashier said that "it's what his boss said" he did not elaborate, I honestly wanted a reason and he could not give me a real reason. I explained that I bought gift cards within the last 2 weeks with my debit card with no problem and he again, did not provide me a reason. They wanted me to use the ATM to pull out cash to pay for the gift cards.I explained that a debit card is like cash, it's coming out of my bank account and they still refused, I was not going to pay the extra money to use an ATM that charges service fees. So I said I was not going to make the purchase (it was a $100 purchase for 2 gift cards for my daughter's birthday).My husband was with me and he said that I could have been "nicer" because there was more than likely a language barrier, and I completely understand that (the employees here are Middle Eastern). However, I can't let that be the excuse since both of my parents immigrated from MX and have learned enough English to help them in situations similar to this one. And if the "boss" is going to make decisions like this, he should explain to his employees why so they can explain to customers why. OR if there is a language barrier, add a sign to the circular that has gift cards.To make it sound even worse (not by choice) they also refused another customer to add jalapenos to his pizza since he did not purchase nachos. I thought that was rude and considering that the giving him 4 jalapeno chips is only a few cents.

It's Friday night (9/3/21) 8:30, clerk locked doors, handw note says "back in 15 minutes". No start time of course, I went back later, still locked up. I guess help is tough to come by
