This used to be an incredible clinic filled with staff and a care team that truly cared about the mental and physical health of their patients. My most recent experience, a front desk girl laughed at me while I was crying. They are not trauma informed which causes more harm and I got to experience this first hand.

Ya one star slow to send any orders for lab work or inhalers. Often sends a referral and never follows up. They do not prescribe prep or do any type of hiv preventative treatment. They don't send epi pen orders to the right pharmacy and they never verify if the pharmacy they send to is appropriate for what they send.

apparently a doctor named laura works there and is part of a group appealing against my house in bodega bay. I have called a number of times. but she wont return calls. or emails. trying to discuss with her group before the appeal heairng with coastal commission. but no response. I would not trust my health to someone this irresponsible as to not even return a call.

I have been a patient here for at least three decades. They are consistently wonderful. The doctors, physician assistants and other medical staff are top notch. They have treated my chronic complex illness with the best science possible. And, I always feel that I have a relationship with my primary medical care person - they feel like humans to me and I believe that I feel like a human to them. I highly recommend this organization. Use them for health care and send them some bucks if you have some to spare.

The after hour service never let my physician know of my medical issue.The doctor who was covering for my regular doctor, would not call in a blood test, even though my last test was in 2018.She did not hear my concern that my eyes were probably infected and I wanted to know if it was a virus or a bacterial infection. No tests done and she continued to assert that it was an allergic reaction.She prescribed allergy drops which I did tell her, I did have and did not need. A doctor need to listen to her/his patients and hear their concerns and questions. Patients know their body and needs.Now, my eyes are worse and I need to look for an ophthalmologist and start all over again. My eyes are unfortunately worse now.So disappointed with the lack of true care, follow up and bedside manners.

My greatest praises and appreciation goes to everyone at this work/care space. They have continually been a boon to my family, with caring service and thorough treatment. Never have I felt as a burden and I have always been given answers to my question. Over the years my doctors have transitioned to new new opportunities and yet those who replaced them were always of the same caliber and nature.My most recent doctor is a gem. Forthright and caring.
