I hate having to go in this O'Reilly and dealing with the store manager. She always makes me feel like I don't belong in this store. I really think corporate needs to replace her.

I parked, went in, and was immediately waited on by friendly staff...I purchased a windshield wiper, and he came outside and installed it to me. I asked him a few questions which he quickly responded with knowledgeable answers. Clean store inside and out. Reasonable prices.

We went to O’Reilly auto parts to get a new light bulb for our car and we need to exchange the bulb and it was a fast process we came in and out in 2 minutes we got out of the store and they had a lot of things for cars like car fluid, they had the air fresheners that make your car smell good, they have batteries for you car if you need a new one, they have food and drinks, they have wipers, car cleaner, they have car jacks, they have car mats, rims, engine holders they also have hitches to hook up your trailer, set covers and tow ropes. They have great service here. 100% recommend to come here.

My brother used to work at this auto parts chain in Oklahoma and I have found since he's moved here, this is a really good place! Nice to have an alternative if things go sideways with other auto part companies.

This place is very unprofessional. My husband took a battery in to be charged. He was told to "put it on the 3rd table". No other instructions of what to do. He did exactly as he was told, but when he returned to pick up the battery, it was conveniently lost. We was told it was our fault because we did not leave information with them. But was not instructed to do so. They refused to offer a discount on a new battery. I will NEVER purchase anything at this location again.

Got in, everything was labeled well, they were well staffed. I was in n out with in 15 minutes. I was looking for a certain kind of coolant and didn't want to ask for help.

Minimal interaction, staff always seems busy unless you're ready to check out. Got a battery, didn't let me know I can bring my old one in etc just a always interaction at check out but at least I got what I needed. If you need to ask questions go next door to AutoZone lol

Visited this store today for windshield wipers for my bf's truck and paint brushes for prep work. I walked in knowing exactly what I was looking for- I do body work/ prep work for a living. But being a young woman (not in my work clothes either today) I'm assuming this lady thought I arrived clueless. When she asked what I was looking for and I told her paint brushes, She asked me what I was going to use it for? Why is that your business?? But I told her for prep work like rust mort.. she looked at me funny and said no I think you need a car brush. I said no.. I need a paint brush. She told me "we don't sell those here" then pointed me to an area with wire brushes and told me that's all they had. I highly doubted that since I was just looking online and they had the exact brushes I needed at the store online.. so I took it upon myself to check the rest of the store.. after 4 minutes or so of wondering around I found a pack of 6 paint brushes- Exactly what I was looking for! I thought she'd be happy that I found one of the items I came in for.. but when I told her "found them!" She said "oh I forgot about those" and rolled the STRONGEST eye roll I've ever seen. Surprised she didn't get a headache from that. Its like she was bothered that I found what I was looking for?? I was so shocked and at that point felt so unwelcome. Something tells me she's the manager since somebody else mentioned getting an eye roll in these reviews. Honestly the other employees even seemed bothered by her. But the other employees were actually very helpful and kind. You can get anything in this store at auto zone.. skip the bad customer service and no knowledge of products and go there instead!

We just went in to get some windshield wipers have the two friendliest females working there that we have ever met in this town as workers it's raining it's actually pouring out we got windshield wipers and we don't know how to fix them because we are two females not saying that all females don't know how to do it. But these two female sure the hell don't but we'll learn pretty soon. The moral of the story is these two wonderful females stepped out in the pouring rain to try and help us fix our windshield wipers even though they've never dealt with this type of car before, and not one male that passed by you know knows how to do it stopped. we are drenched and don't know what the f*** we are doing. You mean to tell me out of about 10 15 males that entered the parking lot not one of you asked in the pouring rain if we needed help? It's sad what this world has come to these two wonderful ladies decided to help us and not one person that knew everything about cars stopped to help. Props to you ladies people need to take after them in the world would be a better place.And no I'm not saying poor us help us but you mean to tell me that not one person offered in the pouring rain to help to nitwits they don't know what the hell we're doing thanks LADIES!
