My class A is totally safe and secure at Journey RV. Ron and his wife Rabeen run this business very well with personal attention. Great rates and good location for anyone who needs storage for their Rig. Highly recommend Journey RV storage.

New owners are super expensive. Be careful Buying propane they just overcharge me. Greedy. If they have parts you need bee prepared to overpay by a lot. New owners very expensive.

I starting parking my RV at Hardcastle about 4 years ago. Journey RV took over the storage lot and business. They claim to have security and talk very highly in their ad. My Motorhome had the catalytic converter cut out of it on their lot. This is going to cost me a large amount to repair. When I notified them that my Motorhome was damaged they basically said too bad. Not their problem.

I was looking for parts for my camper and had visited several places around town. No one had the parts. I decided to go to the old Hardcastle RV parts store in Oakley. The new store is called Journey RV Center and the new owners are Ron and Rubeen. They couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Not only did they have the parts I was looking for, but they were less expensive than the other RV store in the area. They actually helped me put the parts on the camper. I ordered another item and it came in the next day. They can have it there the same day if early enough or the next day. I couldn't have had a better experience. I will continue to get any needed parts from them.

Great place! Other places were telling us it would be months before they could even look at our trailer and they got us in and out there next day. Stayed late for us and under charged for labor. If I could give 6 stars I would! Before and after photos. Don't believe the dealership when they tell you they redid all your wheel bearings...
