I've always groom my dogs at home because one of my dogs is very sassy, and it's my male dog Kevin . I'm always apprehensive about taking them to the groomers and afraid they will not behave. So their very first grooming sesh with Hairy Hounds turned out well, even my sassy one Kevin, i was told my dogs did very well. Thank you Hairy Hounds from the time i called, appointment made, the check in, the friendly staff, handling my dogs and when I picked them up, great customer service!

Been taking my dog here for years with no issues. On the last visit my dog was groomed by the owners daughter and came home with cuts. Today, I was bringing in my other dog and shared the information with the owner. Instead of receiving we will do better and apology, I was told my dog was a problem of which had never been discussed in the many years bringing him. Then the owner told me she no longer wanted to do business with me. I wasn't angry when I went in, just sharing my concerns since my dog had never been cut before. I am ok with not taking my pups there any longer, but thought folks should know that if you have an issue you can't tell them because they won't want to do business with you any longer. UPDATE: Owner replied that they had contacted my vet about hot spots. I did not take him to the vet for the cuts on his nose or the cut on the back of his leg as those were healing. It was not a miscommunication - my dog had scabs on his nose and back leg, tail was questionable on if there was a cut or hot spots, which we never got to discuss because she cut me off and said she didn't want to do business with me again. These are our babies we put in the hands of groomers and it is disheartening to be treated this way when a concern is brought forward.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the ladies at Hairy Hounds! They are always willing to accommodate my needs with rescheduling, questions, and general concerns over my senior dog's grooming care. Excellent customer service and the front desk receptionist is so nice! My dogs are on the older side and they perform such great attention to detail and care. Truly, you can not go wrong bringing your pet to hairy hounds.

This place is great. Always takes care of our dog and makes him look great. Went to a lot of places that said couldn't do his nails because he seemed scared, but they get him right every time.

My experience with Hairy Hounds was amazing! After moving into the area not too long ago I began to look for a new groomer and everyone I called seemed to not have any openings for months and they were charging way more than we experienced with our previous groomers. When I called Hairy Hounds, their customer service over the phone was amazing! They were able to book me for their earliest opening available and they took great care of my boy Thor. He was in need of a grooming badly but they got the grooming done in a fast turnaround. The communication from beginning to end was amazing and I will absolutely be bringing Thor back to Hairy Hounds!

I would give it 3.5 if half stars was an option. This was my first time at this groomer and I only went because my in home groomer is on maternity leave. I asked for a short cut, but not shaved like a poodle (I have a labradoodle) and the cut came out OK. Hair was a little longer than I wanted all over her body and face. I asked for shaved undercarriage and added terry brushing to my service, but both her undercarriage was still very hairy and her teeth looked the same as when I dropped her off. I'm satisfied to an extent and would go back if my reliable groomer is not available, but disappointed that I will likely have to follow up with another grooming session in a few weeks.

Great grooming service in the area! I took my two Siberian huskies today; and they did an excellent job with my fur babies! My Fur babies look absolutely beautiful! Can’t thank them enough!

First time I ever got my dog professionally groomed, I was very nervous and so was my pup at the begging of the appointment. When picking him up he seemed like a completely different dog! I didn't expect him to be sooo happy. Very glad he enjoyed his visit and looks so handsome!
