So twice now I have been very unhappy with the service. First time i came in with my son and he had shoulder length grown out hair. He wanted to get aZack from saved by the bell like hairstyle. Kinda longer in the front tapered in the back short fade into the sides. Lady said no problem. We left he had a womens Bob cut with a #3 under cut on the sides and back. We went home and I fixed it myself. I sorta blamed it on being a salon, so booked him a barber appt. To fix it up, my bad. So this morning gave them a second shot with my daughter figured on a better outcome for a girl. My daughter does not take care of her hair, rats nest in back. She washes it gets out of the shower and puts it up rarely brushes. Anyways upon arriving the hair stylist proceeds to tell me that she can't brush her hair out, it will take to much time, mind you i came in when they opened to pretty much have the works done with my daughter. Told her she could wash and deep condition it, but was told that wouldn't help and i had to brush her hair out. Not sure but isn't this part of the job? Now i would've left but she had pictures the following morning so really on a time crunch. I brushed out her hair. And wanted a simple thinning and layers cut. Apparently she didn't have thinning sheers and told me the best way to thin her hair was to layer it. Took what i could get. Then i was charged the extra fee for my daughter having thick hair. Hmmm. Very unhappy. At this point i would rather buzz cut all my kids hair over taking them here. Will never go back. I should've recognized it as a bad sign considering they don't even have products to upsell you. Well be looking for a better option for my girls.

I've been coming to this place for about a year now and I have to say, they are great! The value you get with the stylist there is fantastic. They are so friendly and easy to talk with, and always give me the best haircut. I'll be coming here for many years to come! And they were absolutely amazing with. my 3 year old with his first haircut. Even gave him a little certificate. Really went the extra mile to make it special.

Hidden Diamond in Oakley.. Couldn't find such a great hair cut at such a reasonable price.. after adding tip, it's still cheaper and best service than all other hair salons around.. My go to salon for now..

It's been over 15 years since I last visited a salon to get a pixie cut for curly hair. I did a walk-in, and if there were a lot of people, I probably would have chickened out. Joanna was the one who worked on my hair. I showed her an old picture of myself with a pixie cut, and from there, she worked her magic consulting with me each step of the way. I am very satisfied with my haircut.

Very nice ladies there, but the haircut that I got was the worst one that I have ever gotten! I didn't realize how choppy it was until I got home. Some areas are an inch longer from each side. Very disappointed. Now I have to pay more to have it fixed at another salon! ?

I would give them zero stars if possible. paid $40 for just a shampoo and blow dry. never going back again. worst experience.

I've been going to this place for a few years but they really stood out today. They did a great job cutting my hair, my wives and daughters. They also gave my daughter a cute certificate for her first haircut! We forgot it and they drove to the pizza place we mentioned we were going to and dropped it off. Absolutely amazing!

I took my two daughters for a haircut and the ladies there were absolutely wonderful! They were patient and friendly to my girls and best of all their haircuts turned out great! We will be back in a few months

So I've been in 3 times and each time a different stylist has cut my hair. It's difficult to find the one person I want to cut my hair when every person in this business is a professional. My hair grows fast so hopefully I get to be the Guinea pig a few more times.

Came into this salon for the first time, very lively environment. Everyone was cheerful and welcoming despite the gloomy ongoing Covid. My hairdresser was Susie and she was amazing and made sure she understood what I wanted. Great place, definitely recommend her. Will be coming back for future visits!
