I looked at their website, and tried to order a list of items that I would pick up. I could not see how to indicate an order to pickup, (as opposed to one for shipping). I printed the summary, with prices and called that same morning. The gal that answered the phone took my order, but said the price was going to be approximately $7 more. I told her that was not what their website advertised. She said she had no ability to adjust the price. I gave her my credit card number and asked her to have the manager call me. Two days later, I received a call from the manager. He apologized for the difference in the price, and offered to have a check mailed to me for the disputed difference.

Whenever I travel I like to bring gifts from my hometown to share with folks. No one has been disappointed yet and I even get asked to bring the nuts again :). They have a lot of great gift foods nicely packaged and a great variety of snacking and baking nuts at prices you can't beat.
