Horrible experience after coming here for 13 years a new older employee botched my daughter’s and I eyebrows and refuse to give a refund. After being told to come back the next day the person in charge of the refund which is wonderful, Tina, was still not at the salon at the time they said she would be there. I still have not received a refund for the poor work and customer serviceI. The older technician did not wear a mask and was spitting on my face while talking over me, during my session! Scary, disgusting and very unsanitary!

This is a warning for anyone who goes here. The workers are the most excellent and do well on their sets. After going and getting fills for a few months, I noticed I got nail fungus when I brought it up to them they took set off and redid them because supposedly that helps. While getting them done, I noticed an older man getting his toenails done and didn't think anything of it until he called his wife, and I heard them talking about how he had fungus. I looked at the bowl, and they had no cover. Then, when he left, they rinsed it down with water, and let the next customer sit there!! After seeing this, I decided I would never return, but that isn't even the end. A few weeks later, my friend did my nails, and it took us 30 minutes to take the acrylic off my thumb because they used MMA. Methyl methacrylate, or MMA, is used as cement in dentistry, orthopedic surgery, and ophthalmology. MMA exposure has been linked to adverse health effects, including dermal toxicity and respiratory tract effects; it caused deterioration of nail plates, nail dislocation, and allergic dermatitis in both customers and nail technicians. It is also illegal to use in California.

Pricing inconsistencies. Same exact pedicure 3 weeks apart was $5 more then first time. Then I paid cash, and change was $15 short . I got my correct change left appropriate tip and won't be returning.

Make sure you ask for pricing ahead of time. It seems like they like to make up prices when it's time to pay. I was quoted $40 for a fill over the phone (which already shocked me just for a FILL. I asked how much a full set was and she said $60!) I went in my my daughter who also got a fill and basic gel polish and our total came out to $92! This place is definitely NOT worth the price tag they charge because their quality of work is "passable" at best. Just make sure you ask for pricing every step of the way on anything that they do for you. Also, stick up for yourself and call them out (politely) when you see them doing a half ass job on your nails. Sometimes they just need a kind reminder that you are paying attention to the quality of work they are giving. Overall, come here if you're desperate or if it's the most convenient. Don't expect bomb.com nails.

I showed up for my appointment at 9:30 and nobody was there. When I called they told me I would have to wait. When they texted me they said that my nail person was sick. I think this was very unprofessional. I do not recommend. They do what they want not what the customers want.

If you go here make sure you only use cash. Used a new credit card and the next day the bank called me. Asking if I spent 1500 at Victoria secret. No I wish , I don't have a Victoria secret body.

On a Thursday afternoon I went to have a pedicure conveniently I Raleys Plaza in Oakley. In clean and air conditioned comfort I was greeted immediately cheerfully. With no appointment I had a 5 minute wait. Be ( name) carefully attended me. Her skill and work was very good. I selected from their menu #2 which included an natural scrub. It was excellent. Be took her time and the massage at the end was healing and relaxing. For $36 plus my tip. I recommend this local business. As a man I felt welcomed and very relaxed.
