Scammers the pumps jump .20 cents I calculated the amount per gallon and it didn’t equal to what I purchased. I’m contacting the city about this it’s wrong what they are doing

This is the only 7-Eleven that I have ever seen in Northern California that sells Chevron gasoline. The 7-Eleven is absolutely huge inside! Large selection of chips, candy, beer, wine, you name it. 3 different Slurpee machines, flavored iced tea dispenser, and even an espresso latte maker that grinds the coffee beans while you wait. Unlike the poor review below, the staff was very helpful and funny when I was there.

I come to this store a few times a week and it always says it's closed for cleaning when there is never anyone cleaning inside. Today I waited for an hour until someone finally came to the door. He looked suspicious I think you guys need to hire better employees that care about there job

Stop by the store on Wednesday and was told the manager would call you. I had to call the store and the manager said I'll have to call you back. Today is Friday and still no phone call. Been almost three weeks waiting on my refund. What's sad is, the store is telling me we owe you the money but no one is giving it to me. I hope no one ever buy gas or nothing from this place. Crooks, guess I gotta call my bank

I'm a long-standing employee of 7Eleven at this location and I am blessed to have an AMAZING boss! His name is Junior and he's thoughtful and considerate to all of his staff members. I've had some medical issues recently and I've missed quite a few days of work and I let him know that I was concerned about my job status and he said not to worry, take my time ,get it checked out and do what's necessary to heal myself .My job will still be waiting for me.That's how wonderful he is! Anyone in the workforce would be lucky to have a boss like Junior.

I always take my kids here after school for snacks and spend a good amount of money but, every time the bathroom are closed. We'll I'm a old guy and can't wait to get home. This is a gas station so the bathrooms should be available to there customers!Going to stop coming here and going to the one by the freeway!

Tell me why that bald old man with a mustache kicked me out because my slurpee over filled?? He said "why don't you get the hell out of here" after yelling at me for the "mess" I was making and that I had to pay for what I spilled.

Morning clerk denied me service for not wearing a mask and told me I had to wear a mask. That's discrimination, and a violation of my freedom to wear what I want. My body my choice.

The owner Sam is not about standing up for what's right or for his community that supports his business. I was involved in a hit-and-run accident where the at fault driver slammed into me with my children in the car leaving my car totaled and us in the middle of the street and he took off. The driver came out of the parking lot of this 7-Eleven and when the video footage was requested, Sam the store owner wouldn't provide myself nor the Oakley Police Department. Sam doesn't care that two young children were in the car or the fact that the person that hit us committed a crime. It's sickening to me that someone like Sam is a business owner in our community who has no regard for what's right or wrong or not being willing to help a person from the community that has supported his business.

Me and my wife were just there at the Chevron 7-Eleven gas station off a O’Hara and Laurel my wife just went in there get some gas and some snacks apparently the cashier was being really rude her didn’t ask if my wife need a bag for her snacks or drinks and the manager was right third night in pain tension to her just ignoring all his customers
