This location is an absolute joke. The employees look like they are on drugs at 7:30am in the morning. I came in to redeem my FREE redbull I won thru the pictures below on the power market app, the employees instructed me the owner/employer instructed them not to use the app, as well as the coupons are non redeemable to customers who come pay to fill there tanks with diesel and spent $100+ at pumps on every visit. Other near by locations have never mentioned this or given such problems that have cause me to argue with the employees. The app was designed for this specific gas station company and it's misleading to put games with rewards or rewards offered thru the app that can not be accepted. I would never recommend helping any business with such non sense misleading advertising to scam clients into buying other products or services not offered thru the app. I guess the easiest option here would be to avoid this place all together or simply leave with the items won due to the circumstances because it's not compliant to mislead or misadvertise so when you call the police for the $3.19 redbull I'll show them I had a free voucher and came in with no money and was told my free voucher that can be scanned to take care of the issue and let them know I was advised my money to pay for the item was not accepted leaving no choice. As a good citizen I didn't do that and made the employee take my coupon but they were advised before telling me no I didn't care, I was there to pick up my free Red Bull weather my coupon was accepted or not. I also paid the .33 cents of tax which is against the law if the item is free. I guess store owners do whatever they want and do not follow the company policies as franchise owners. Also to make this better there POS system that recorded my payment lists this location as a chevron when it hasn't been a chevron for years. Easier to avoid at all costs then to deal with the scam headache of this business owner. Also the inside smells like a broken sewer pipe and is unsanitary. It's in desperate need of a remodel. Have a great day. Thanks for making my morning horrible.

No bathroom for paying customer. Put 50 in gas to be told afterward to bathrooms for customers. As ride share and meal delivery we need to get fuel where restrooms are available. Not posting the lack of these services on web page and at pumps is in my oponion misleading... ride share drivers and meal delivery drivers beware....

I came in to cash my $20 scratcher , I know it was a winner because I have the CA LOTTERY app, the cashier scanned my tickets and said none were winners. I asked for them back and scanned the 2nd chance and winning scratcher said it had already been cashed in. The other employee, walked over and looked up when and told and showed me from her phone that it was brought in 10/30/23 at 16:44 and for only $10. Impossible because I was driving to pick my child up from school. I've never had an issue like this before.

Went there one morning to get gas like usuall and the pump wouldn’t work. So I tried another pump, same thing. So I went in to find out what to do. The woman clerk was very rude and hostile to me and wouldn’t listen to what my problem was. So I ended up walking out and going to the station over near Winco, no problem there. I definitely won’t be back. Up till this I had always gone here for gas, no more.

The employees have changed and it’s not pleasant to shop there at all. The new manager at night, black guy, is insanely rude. I won’t be going back even though it’s right up the street. Avoid this Chevron!
