You used to be able to park and look out at the water, either in your car or benches lining the waters edge. It's a small, not well known,, quiet setting that, is very nice. I don't know when it happened but, access to the water view is blocked to parked cars and they now ask for $10 to park. Wait what??? We left and had a great time near the Antioch Bridge. I guess things change.
