I was so mad today , the manager a lady with tattoo asked me Whaaaat ?? When I came to the register. Then she told a clerk to assist me , the clerk handed me my bag so I can put my things in the bag ! Isn’t that what clerks do .. put our items in a bag for us ?! So rude

The cashier are amazing hard working women that I have known for along time since I have been coming to this ampm for the last 5 years. Their personality blends good together and they are always happy and willing to help even when customers come in and are being difficult. I believe they should move the assistant manager Elissa up and put her as manager of this site she knows how to run the store professional and bring the Morale of the employees back up or they should bring Julie or Isabel back as the manager because the new manager Lisa is rude and disrespectful she calls you up to the register by waving her hand at you instead of telling you she can help the next in line. She favors the male customer more then making all customers feel equal. She only speaks to you if you are a male or Spanish speaking which is offsetting specially since I am a female and I spend a lot of money at this site weekly. She speaks to her staff as if they are Beneath her and as if they were just some thieves and they a lot of them don't speak up because they have families to feed and they need their jobs and it seems like corporate does nothing about it. Now that the new manager is running the Oakley store nothing is ever stocked because she does not order product for the store the sodas, water and other Shelves have been empty for the last 3 weeks.

Cashiers are super personable, they keep this place running great! We truly appreciate them! However, there has not been any creamer for coffee for two days straight. Not sure if this is an inventory issue. The powdered creamer doesn't due any justice. Hope they can put some stuff out there and also have the coffee ready to go.

I love coming here cause the people are cool. It's always busy though. However the last time I was there Angie was too rude for my taste to be as frequent as I use to be. Long story but I approached her about a minor issue. She basically was acting like she knew what I was going to say before I said it... thus it becoming an unnecessary drawn out bigger issue. Had she heard me out... instead or reacting, our exchange would have been smooth and simple. I figuratively rolled my eyes and let her go on thinking she was right in what she was talking about. For one she wasn't letting me talk and for 2, I knew she was about to realize she was wrong lol. When she finally got to the point of realizing she was wrong in her original thought... she got upset with me for not clarifying Lol. Girl! Any who... perhaps she was having a bad day... regardless what it was she should have never jumped to conclusions. The 4 stars is for all other employees :)

Okay ima explain something. I went in today to make a transaction 10 times for my bank. If i make 10 transactions within 60 days my bank (Chase) Will give me $100 dollars. I went in asked for the cheapest items and they said they aren't going to sell it to me because i'm a scam. Like what?? After i tried different gas stations, ampm had the cheapest item of $.35. So obviously i went back to buy it 10 times. But they started being rude, calling us names and telling us to leave. Like i'm giving you my money what is the problem? Then we left and the MANAGER was saying to my boyfriend to watch his mouth and for her to whoop his a** and he's like i'm not even doing anything you guys are d**** & all the dumbass employees come out and one goes into my boyfriends face saying to swing on her without her mask on. I went between them telling her to back tf up 6 f****** feet & B**** No one was trying to fight with anyone, she made the situation so much worst and made herself look so f****** stupid . & all the other employees started coming out cussing at us telling us to leave and other customers were coming up to us saying they'd beat us up. They threaten to hurt us for trying to buy f****** gum 10 times. NEVER COME HERE IF YALL TRYNA BUY ANYTHING MORE THEN ONCE CUZ I PROMISE UR A "SCAM" & they'll just threaten you. I'm abouta sue that place fr. Them bitches there are d*** as s**** F*** the manager and f*** all them fat uneducated workers. Y'all made a whole a** f****** scene for f****** .35 cents of gum.

Y are tbey "24 hours" but closed at 2:30am-3am in the more every god damn morning? Absolutely f****** ridiculous.i hate coming here but i dont really have a choice when i need gas cuz and cigarettes because im on a quarter tank and have just smoked my last cigarette waiting on these d*** asses.

Worst gas station in Oakley! The pumps never work, always broken and have to pay inside where the experience really begins. Very “special” employees.
