Below average station with poor customer service. I usually avoid stopping here because of other negative experiences here but needed gas. I tried to clean my windshield, but no water or paper towels. Finished gassing up, no receipt? I go in to get my receipt and have to wait in line. As I get my receipt, I mention no water and towels to wipe my hands. Five guys behind the counter joking around and no one outside? No apologies. No nothing? No wonder why this place is always empty when I drive by. It must be a 7 11 thing because I quit stopping at the one in Livermore for the same reasons.

Friendly, fast, customer service oriented. They are always organizing and cleaning, outside at the gas pumps as well. I really like this store.

This location is being run into the ground by the new ownership. What use to be a convenient hub to get gas and snacks is now an inconvenient store . I prefer the franchise on Laurel whenever possible . This place is a disgrace to the Franchise and Corporate needs to step in because it horrible and shameful to the 7-11 brand period. From cigarettes to slurpees to basic things like straws and customer service 7-11 take your franchise back ASAP!

I am not impressed with this store. The help usually rude or on their personal phone. They have a pretty good selection and I like that they have gas.

Once again! From Facebook! This is terrible. I wished something would have came from warning others last time of how incredibly rude and racist this place has gotten in the last year but clearly the patrons are the only ones who care on the matter! Collectively in the comments, everyone is sharing stories of these people hosting homeless people off (in below freezing weather, sleeping) for being in the way of the store and being creepy to the women and how their completely unsanitary even before Covid! I hope this time they hear us complain. Will not be visiting still. Boycotting 2437 Main Street until Singh nick and the pony tail guy who drives the Tesla are gone!

Cashiers calling customers racial slurs. Not acceptable, no matter the situation or place of work. I will be taking my business to the many other gas station establishments even though this one is a 2 min walk from me.

I've been coming in here for a little while now and while one of the employees has been really nice, one of them has consistently behaved suspiciously towards me without cause and another, I think the owner, has been downright abusive. Yelling, not making sense, treating me like I am a criminal even though I have never shoplifted, always bought stuff whenever I came in and always treated every employee with respect (the respect they are supposed to give me, the customer). Some of the staff are obviously overwhelmed and traumatized and I have empathy for that, but I am those things too and I do not need to be abused when trying to buy my lunch or my coffee. If I could give any message to the staff, it'd be this: the demographic of people you serve are, for the most part, poor and traumatized. You should work with those things, not against them, if you want to keep your business (and have a decent impact on the world). People will steal from you at times, yes, but by treating every poor-looking person who walks into your store like garbage, you basically ensure that only the most desperate people will come back and people like me, who actually have money to spend and will never actually cause you any headache, won't (and we might just write you crappy reviews on yelp that hurt your business too!)

They’re always out of lottery tickets, some cashiers don’t understand English and they don’t have the payment capabilities for my car loan.
